IMPORTANT: GTA V UPDATE

Starting March 4, 2025, GTA V will be split into two versions:

• GTAV LEGACY (current version, compatible with GTAHUB)
• GTAV ENHANCED (upgraded version)

For now, GTAHUB and RAGE:MP will only be compatible with the Legacy version. You may see both versions listed separately in your game stores as shown below:

Rockstar has confirmed that GTAV Legacy will continue to receive support, allowing players with hardware that does not meet the requirements of the new version to keep enjoying the game, receive regular updates, and continue playing on GTAHUB and RAGE:MP.

Additionally, GTA Online on PC will be independent for each version, meaning Legacy and Enhanced players will not be able to share sessions.

The Enhanced version will include improvements previously exclusive to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Both versions will be available for those updating or purchasing the game for the first time.

We will keep you updated on future compatibility with GTAHUB. Stay tuned for more information.

A concession is a permit for the private use of mechanic facilities throughout Los Santos County. These permits aim to regulate the use of companies and locations for mechanical activities.

How do I obtain a concession?

If there are vacant concessions, they must be requested at the entrance of the workshop. To obtain a concession, the following requirements must be met:

• The company must be active.
• The company must be level 2.
• Must have a minimum of 6 members.
• No criminal record.

Does the concession have a cost?

Yes, the concessions have a monthly cost of issuance which is 200,000

Can the manager be changed?

Yes, the change of manager can only be executed and must be approved by the government [ organization's ticket]. Changing the owner without notifying the Government will result in the withdrawal of the concession and a fine of $500,000.

The cost of changing the workshop manager is $100,000.

Can a concession be sold?

A concession cannot be sold, if it is sold, the workshop will be withdrawn. If the company no longer wishes to hold the concession, it must notify [organization's ticket] to terminate the contract.

Companies that do not have their own workshops may operate in the community workshop following the rules

Being a GTAHUB Official Streamer is a significant position within the community. Holding this status grants access to unique systems designed by the community to promote increased viewership for live streams. Below are outlined all the terms, conditions, and benefits of the Official Streamer status.

1. All content published related to the server by GTAHUB Official Streamers will be monitored, ensuring their good faith and compliance with the regulations stipulated by our community.

2. Official Streamers must be reachable by the Staff team to address any issues or internal matters concerning their broadcasts.

3. GTAHUB reserves the right to use images/videos or streams from its Official Streamers for documentation or promotional purposes.

4. TO MAINTAIN THE "OFFICIAL STREAMER" STATUS, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE MET:

4.1 At least 1 (one) stream per week on GTAHUB.
4.2 3 (three) hours of GTAHUB streaming per week, divided as the streamer sees fit. If an exception to this requirement is needed temporarily, it must be communicated to the team.

5. The prefix "[GTAHUB]" must always be used at the beginning of stream titles for better visibility.

6. Exclusivity: An official GTAHUB streamer may not stream on other GTA:V roleplay servers/communities while holding the status.

7. Each streamer is responsible for their chat and content, as well as the behavior present therein. Any disruption or negative impact on the GTAHUB brand or any harmful comments related to a community member must be managed.

8. The "official streamer" status does not constitute an employment relationship with GAMERSHUB LLC, GTAHUB, or its subsidiaries.

9. APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

9.1. Time: A minimum of 3 months actively streaming on GTAHUB. Actively defined as a minimum of 3 hours weekly. (Except for the initial GTAHUB Pegasus streamers)
9.2. Exclusivity: Demonstrate no streaming activity in another GTA V roleplay community in the last two months.
9.3. Demonstrate a minimum activity of streaming for 3 hours per week, at least in the last month before applying for GTAHUB content.

Welcome to GTAHUB's Organization System: create your organization, invite other players or friends, and compete against hundreds of other organizations to level up and unlock multiple benefits. This system covers all legal and illegal organizations, offering equal opportunities to all users and the chance to access better benefits and unique systems in every level.

Among these benefits are: exclusive activities, improved rewards in missions, more member slots, vehicles, and properties, and even the possibility of elevating the organization to “official” status ()

The future of each organization is in the hands of its own members!

RESTRICTION SYSTEM

Organizations in GTAHUB, both legal and illegal, can progress through SIX (6) LEVELS. Here's how it works: Every day, your organization earns points by completing activities and through members' playtime. These points are converted into "reputation" at the end of each day. Over a 2-week period, this reputation adds up. Based on your total reputation at the end of these two weeks, your organization can either move up or down in levels.

To change your rank, maintain it, or potentially drop down a level, your organization must meet specific restrictions every 2-week period. If you meet these restrictions and have enough reputation, you can rank up. However, failing to meet the restrictions could cause you to descend, regardless of your reputation.

WHY DOES MY ORGANIZATION MEET ALL THE LISTED RESTRICTIONS, BUT DOES NOT LEVEL UP?

• To level up, the organization must meet all restrictions AND, in addition, must comply with the necessary daily points and reputation for its period. If an organization does not meet the reputation, regardless of the restrictions, it will not be able to level up, and may even descend.

EMPLOYMENT OFFICE

One of the most important featuresof the organization system is the employment office. At this location, users can seek a position in any of the legal organizations: mechanics, services/others, transportation, and security.

Additionally, this employment office has been added to the welcome steps that all new users must complete upon their arrival at GTAHUB. This will lead to more interaction among users, encourage roleplay from the start, make the game more fun, and increase the number of people now seeking jobs in legal organizations.

We understand how complex it is for legal organizations to find new active members who wish to help the future of the organization. And this employment office is precisely aimed at creating a constant flow of new people, generating greater interaction among the members.

LOCATION AND OPERATION

The employment office is located in the North of Los Santos, right next to the City Hall. It can be identified on the map with the following icon:

Inside, there are representatives from each type of legal organization: mechanics, services/others, transportation, and security.

To apply for a job with one of these organizations, simply talk to the representative of each type, follow the instructions, and wait for a call from an organization.

APPLICATION SECTION

All applications sent to one of the representatives of your type of organization will arrive at the “Application” section, available in the TAB - Organizations menu.

Each application that arrives in this section will display the name and phone number of the interested person.

Before Users must value their character's physical integrity in every situation.
Actually Users must value their character’s physical integrity in all situations. Preservation of life must be roleplayed at all times.

 

Before "Anti-roleplay attitude" refers to any action that hinders the proper development of a roleplay situation.
Users, through their characters, must interpret the different contexts of situations and feelings. Hence, prohibitions based on this rule are listed.
Actually "Anti role-play attitude" is considered any action intended to disrupt the proper development of a roleplay scenario. Players must interpret and respect the environment in which the roleplay situation is taking place at all times.

Prohibited to shoot directly at the door of an interior (spawn kill). Prohibited to not follow the proper development of a roleplay and/or to force situations in order to gain an advantage — for example, remaining in a shootout area without realistically portraying your character’s negative emotions (fear, anxiety, distress, etc.).

Use of the /do command in situations of kidnapping, robbery, and similar scenarios.
When a character is in a situation where they cannot logically react or defend themselves — such as when they are being threatened with a weapon, immobilized, or severely injured — it is not necessary to use the /do command to ask if an action can take place.
These situations imply that the character, due to their condition or context, does not have the ability to resist or avoid the action, whether it is a kidnapping, a robbery, or the imposition of a physical action.
Therefore, the use of /do in these cases is not required to justify whether the action is possible, as the logic of the environment and the situation dictates the lack of opposition.

Before Continuation of a roleplay is paramount; the continuation and appropriate conclusion of roleplay interactions should always be prioritized.
Actually The continuation of roleplay is essential; the progression and proper conclusion of roleplay interactions must be prioritized at all times.
In case of disconnection, the user must find a way to resume the roleplay. It is mandatory to notify through the appropriate Discord channel for the server (Pegasus chat), and upon reconnecting, inform via support (F9) with evidence to ensure a proper conclusion of the roleplay if the disconnection was prolonged.

Before Unrealistic driving or outside roleplay standards will be considered as PowerGaming.
Actually Players must portray realistic and proper driving behavior, taking into account traffic challenges and respecting both the value of life and the environment in which they are driving.

Before Money deliveries in kidnappings or robberies must be carried out properly through the server's legal entities, such as the police.
Actually Kidnapping is the act of depriving a person of their freedom against their will. This roleplay must take place outside of safe or highly trafficked zones and must have a valid justification.

added Aircraft must be used in a way that fits the roleplay context. For transport groups or companies, their use is only permitted for transporting people or for observation purposes.
added Prohibited to land in rocky, sandy areas or within the urban radius.
added Prohibited to descend in aircraft with the ability to land on water near vessels, people, or mission points.

These rules aim to create a pleasant environment for all players and promote healthy coexistence among members of the GTAHUB community.
Violation of any of the rules outlined here is subject to administrative sanctions, which can be final.
If necessary, players may report abuse of any of these rules in the REPORTS AND UNBAN REQUESTS section of the forum.

These rules go hand in hand with the SERVER RULES.

1. COMMON SENSE AND RESPECT

Toxic attitudes are not welcome and will NOT be tolerated.

The community demands serious and mature behavior from all members. This includes the use of appropriate language and spelling in official communication channels (except in off-topic sections).

Respectful and kind treatment is required among all community members. Every player should feel welcome regardless of their nationality, race, sexual preferences, or age. Any form of discrimination is completely prohibited and may result in permanent expulsion from the community.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE DISCRETION

GTAHUB's administration operates under internal procedures and rules, strictly followed under the supervision of GamersHub Administration. However, the Administration reserves the right to implement severe sanctions without warning and/or prior discussions, including topics not discussed in the server rules.

The rules outlined here represent an initial guideline and are flexible according to the situation and administrative discretion.

Any sanction imposed on a user can be appealed in the corresponding forum section (Reports - Unban Requests).

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Each user is entitled to create (1) one game account. Account ownership is personal and non-transferable.

Game accounts cannot be shared, exchanged, transferred, or sold among users. Each user is responsible for their game account, social club account, IP address, and hardware. Failure to adhere to this rule leads to the permanent expulsion of all involved users, without exceptions.

4. USE OF MODS OR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS

Any modification to GTA V or any external application that provides any kind of advantage or benefit to a user over another is strictly prohibited.

The use of graphical modifications is allowed as long as they do not provide an advantage to the user using them, nor modify a game function that may affect other users.

This rule includes but is not limited to the use of keyboard macros or HotKeys programs.

The use of external controllers (gamepads) is allowed exclusively for driving vehicles and airplanes. Their use is prohibited in shootings.

5. BUG ABUSE

Any type of bug found by players must be reported in the indicated section of the forum or to a member of the administration through official channels (Forum, “Bug Report” section).

"Bug abuse" is considered the act of taking advantage of or abusing a function or a game flaw to achieve an unintended result by the server script, the RAGE:MP client, and/or the GTA V video game.

If players find gameplay situations that can be abused, they must also be reported as bugs. Examples of such situations might be: finding a house for sale with weapons/drugs/items inside or finding a way to complete a work route more quickly, thus gaining an advantage over other users.

Situations like these must be immediately reported to the administration BEFORE a player interacts with them.

Players who abuse a bug of the server, RAGE:MP client, or the GTA V game will be permanently expelled from the community.

Players who are aware of the presence of a bug and do not report it are also subject to permanent expulsion, even if they did not directly abuse the flaw.

6. CHARACTER CREATION

When creating a character and choosing a name, the following should be considered:

• Names must follow the format: “First Name Last Name”
• Names cannot be identical or similar to characters from video games, movies, TV series, or famous people.
• Names must match the character's story and origin.
• Names must be real and appropriate for the era.
• Names cannot be created for humorous purposes or reference memes or popular culture phrases.
• Names cannot contain special characters.
• Names cannot contain nicknames, aliases, or diminutives.

The use of additional accounts is considered multi-accounting and the sanction is permanent expulsion from the community.

Created characters must be at least 16 years old.

The administration has the final say in determining whether a character's name is suitable for the server. Players instructed to change their name must do so to be able to enter the server again.

Each of the created characters must be unique and different from other characters on the same game account. The creation of characters with similar physical or role characteristics is strictly prohibited. This is to avoid evading consequences through the creation of new characters.

None of the created characters can affect or be related to each other; failure to adhere to this rule will be considered MetaGaming and will be sanctioned accordingly.

7. OOC EXCHANGES

It is strictly prohibited to exchange, sell, or transfer the belongings (items, vehicles, properties, money) of characters from one account without a valid role reason.

The sale or transfer of these belongings in exchange for REAL money, favors, or any out-of-game circumstance will result in the permanent expulsion of those involved.

8. CREDITS & DONATIONS

GTAHUB does not refund money for donations or game credit (hubs) purchases.

If a user is expelled from the community for breaking the rules, their hub balance will be lost without the right to refunds or claims.

Game credit (hubs) can be transferred between accounts through the transfer system.

No type of IC (in-game) money can be exchanged for hubs or donations.

Welcome to the rules of the GTAHUB forum. To ensure proper functioning and good interaction in this official community communication medium, there are a series of rules and norms that must be followed to post content here. Therefore, make sure to review the following rules before posting, as non-compliance may lead to your post being intervened by the staff, meaning it may be edited or deleted. It may also lead to sanctions by the community's Administrative team.

1. CONTENT RULES

1.1 Spamming is prohibited, meaning the publication of information and/or content from any other community or server, whether GTA V Role Play or any other game, is not allowed.

1.2 Posting xenophobic, racist, or any discriminatory content against any person is prohibited.

At GTA HUB, we aim for each post to be original, so any content that is not original to the author, copied and pasted from another website, and reported may be subject to sanction. However, GTA HUB is not legally responsible for content published by its users on this forum.

1.4 Posting obscene, pornographic, bloody, or human-degrading content is prohibited.

1.5 Chain posting is prohibited, i.e., starting a publication and immediately adding more posts just below it with the sole purpose of accumulating messages.

1.6 The forum features two types of content: IC and OOC. The IC sections will be governed by the server's roleplay rules, and the OOC sections will be governed by the OOC regulations. No post can contain content of both types.

1.7 Trading of any kind on this forum is prohibited, except for the authorized publication of in-game item sales in the IC section, such as selling an item or property.

2. RULES FOR SIGNATURES, AVATARS, AND PROFILE PHOTOS

2.1 Having signatures, avatars, and profile photos related to other servers or games is prohibited.

2.2 Having signatures, avatars, and profile photos with xenophobic, racist, or any discriminatory content or symbols against any person is prohibited.

2.3 Having images in your profile, avatar, and signature that exceed the dimensions or violate any of the items in this regulation is prohibited.

3. BEHAVIOR RULES

3.1 Trolling, bullying, or harassment in any community post is prohibited.

3.2 Cybering is prohibited. GTA HUB is not a romantic or dating community, so using the community forum to promote meetings or practices leading to dating and using it to find your next love is prohibited.

3.3 All actions that promote hatred, whether towards an entity or person, are prohibited.

4. ACCOUNT RULES

4.1 Only one forum account per user is allowed.

4.2 The forum name is at the user's discretion. However, offensive names or names that violate any of the items in this regulation are not allowed.

4.3 Having a name from any video game community or other GTA RolePlay communities is prohibited.

Remember, before posting, think about where you are. Are you in a section of your IC character, or are you in a section about you as a human being OOC? It's essential to avoid committing MetaGaming.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Remember, always make a good effort.
Make your best effort to use correct grammar and spelling. It makes it easier to understand and helps convey your point of view. On the Internet, the first and last impression you can make is crucial; writing too much can make your messages confusing and your post less engaging for other GTA HUB users. Additionally, a content-poor post can make you seem childish and/or lazy, so we recommend always making the best effort.

Remember, always stay on topic.
Each forum has a description. Before posting, read the descriptions carefully and try to create posts in the section closest to the topic you wish to publish.

Not only should posts be placed in the correct forums, but responses to topics should also be relevant to the conversation occurring in that thread or post. If you want to completely change the topic, create a new post in the appropriate forum.

Remember, we're here to play, not to argue or fight.
If you want to start a deep discussion about real-world politics and religion (OOC), or anything else that might instantly start discussions about these or other real-life topics, you should probably find a site dedicated to discussing politics and religion.

You can identify as part of a religion, with certain religious beliefs, or even as part of a specific political party when meeting other GTA HUB community users. However, we ask you not to cite these affiliations as the basis for your opinions or arguments in other discussions, to avoid locking posts that were not religious or political in nature before.

Remember, always respect the mods and administrators.
If a moderator or a member of the Administration asks you to stop doing something, stop. Or if a post or topic is deleted, do not simply recreate the same or a similar one.

Remember, always title your posts correctly and appropriately.
When you start a post, try to give it a title that gives people an idea of what's inside. For example, titling a post in the suggestions forum as "A suggestion" really doesn't help anyone, because ALL topics in the suggestions forum will be suggestions. A better title might be "An idea for the garbage job system."

Remember, violating our rules can get you blocked or banned.
Sexual content, or content that otherwise violates our rules, is against the rules of our forum and community. If everyone is of the appropriate age and correct maturity, gives their consent, and no such problems exist.

SANCTIONS

• Sanctions can range from a temporary block to permanent expulsion from the GTA HUB community. PLEASE, don't make us do this. We hate doing it.
• These rules may be updated over time, so please stay informed about them. Not knowing the rules does not exempt the user from sanctions.

Design Team! - Team for creating graphic content.

Responsible for generating audiovisual content for the community. Ideal for those passionate about graphic design and video editing, including advertisements, images, logos.

Programming Team! - Engineering Team.

Responsible for creating and maintaining systems that make up GTAHUB. Ideal for those passionate about engineering and software. We're not looking for experience in specific programming languages, but rather engineers who can quickly learn new technologies. Basic programming experience is required. If you're passionate about the software world, apply.

Testing Team!

At GTAHUB, the testing team is responsible for identifying abuses in current systems and ensuring the proper functioning of new systems. Their functions include:

• Actively searching for bugs/exploits.
• Testing the operation of systems to be implemented.
• Providing feedback to the development team.

Invitations to the GTAHUB staff are exclusively based on community merit. This means if a user helps in the various public support channels on the forum, server (/duda), or Discord (#questions). We take into account that the user has not been sanctioned, warned, or banned in the past in any of our services (teamspeak, discord, forum, server). The user must have excellent conduct and represent the GTAHUB community with the highest standards in behavior and roleplay. Finally, we will consider the time of activity and longevity in the GTAHUB community.

Organizing an event is easier than you think. By following the steps mentioned below, you can plan your next party, wedding, or whatever your mind envisions in just a few minutes!

Create your event in 3 simple steps

1. Go to https://support.gtahub.gg, then select the server where you want to hold the event. Enter the details and click on "Log In" to connect to the support system.

2. Once inside, select the "Events" category.

3. Choose "Schedule a public event" or "Schedule a private event," depending on whether you want it to be an event for all users (Public) or only for specific ones (Private).

• In this option, fill in all the fields with the necessary information for your event.

• TITLE: Specify the title for your event. (Example: HUB Night | West Bahamas Club | DEC 09 | 02:00 HUB)

• DATE AND TIME: Enter the event's date and time in UTC-0 / GMT-0 [HUB time].

• LOCATION: Indicate the Event Location by adding a map image.

  • This image must be taken in-game.
  • Upload this image to https://i.imgur.com/ and then provide the link in the ticket.

What information do I need BEFORE creating the ticket for the event?

The required information to create an Events ticket without missing anything is:

How many days in advance should I create the ticket to hold an event?

• In any case, a minimum of 5 days is required.

It is always recommended to have more time so that the Events Team and Mapping Team can take the time to conduct necessary tests and create a more complex mapping.

What images should I present for the creation of a new mapping?

It is advisable to add the following images when creating a new mapping:

• First-person images of different areas of the mapping. It is recommended to edit them slightly to be able to overlay instructions on the image.

How should the flyer for my event be?

The event flyer is crucial for promoting the event. Factors to consider when creating it include:

• Resolution should be: 330x430px
• The flyer MUST NOT contain an invitation link to a Discord server or links to external websites.
• The Flyer cannot display explicit content. (Violent or sexual images)

Explicit content includes:

Total nudity, sexual acts, gore, images representing any type of abuse in society, animal violence

All flyers are individually reviewed to ensure they meet requirements. If any contains anything mentioned, the flyer must be modified. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of flyers if deemed unsuitable for the community.

When should I inform a government organization to hold a public event?

Governmental organizations (Such as LSPD, LSSD, LSES, among others) should be notified:

• If a large influx of citizens is expected at the event (Festivals, big parties).
• Indications that disturbances may occur (Legal/illegal demonstrations).
• Possible civilian injuries (Sports events).
• If road/routes/highway closures or traffic movements are required.

In conclusion, it is important to contact government organizations to ensure safety and care for the environment where the event takes place.

How do I contact government organizations to inform them of my public event?

First, you must be clear about which government organizations need to be informed when holding an event:

Is there any cost for holding an event?

Any type of mapping or event creation will be completely free, and no charges will be applied.

What if I need to cancel the event? When and how do I inform it?

The cancellation must be notified 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, it may result in administrative penalties. The time invested by the GTAHUB team in organizing events is considerable, and a minimum level of respect for community time and resources is expected.

What is the broadcaster?

The broadcaster is the tool that allows us to play any type of sound or voice through virtual speakers in-game.

How does it work?

Credentials will be provided through the event ticket at https://support.gtahub.gg/ that must be entered into the chosen software (Virtual DJ - Winamp - among others). Check the guide on How to use Virtual DJ and connect to the GTAHUB broadcaster?.

These credentials are:

• Password

It is important to enter the information exactly as it is sent in the ticket to ensure a good connection with the broadcaster.

The following are a series of rules stipulated for the proper management and preparation of events, each of which is of great importance.

1. Events are created to promote roleplay and interaction among users. Lack of roleplay or interpretation in events is not welcomed in the community.

2. Events cannot be canceled 48 hours before the event takes place.

3. Communication with the Mapping Team and the Events Team must be, obligatorily, through official communication channels. In this case, https://login.gtahub.gg

4. When sending images, these must be uploaded to https://imgur.com/ and share the link through the ticket. No other type of links should be uploaded. Whether they are: Google Drive folders, Mega files, Mediafire, or any file hosting platform.

Non-compliance with the regulations entails administrative penalties. These penalties can range from a block, the possibility of conducting future events, to a permanent ban in case of negligence.

UNWELCOME BEHAVIOR / REMOVAL FROM THE COMMUNITY

GTAHUB's administration reserves the right to remove any member from the community if deemed unfit to coexist within it. Reasons can range from toxic attitude, unwelcome comments about GTAHUB, disrespect, or poor human quality representation.

These types of blocks are only approved by the Administration team, and the appeal process can take weeks to months. In most cases, unblocking does not proceed.

ACCUMULATION OF SANCTIONS

If you accumulate 5 sanctions, considering the type of sanctions, you will be blocked for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS THAT THE USER FACES?

• The user makes an appeal in the support system.
• Moderator escalates the ticket to a Roleplay Master.
• Roleplay Master sends a form through the ticket.
• The user completes the form and informs via the ticket.
• Roleplay Master reviews the form.
• If eligible, the Roleplay Master will coordinate with the user for an interview.
• Interview between Roleplay Master and the user.
• The user must wait for a resolution through the ticket. The same appeal made by the user will be used as a means of communication.

Upon returning from your block, if you break the rules again, you may be permanently blocked.

PROCESSES AND WAITING TIME

GTAHUB is a massive community. The vast majority of people are not sanctioned. Therefore, if you were sanctioned, the waiting time to receive a response can be long. Appeals, while important, are not a priority in response.

Sanctions are final staff decisions. The times and type of sanction are not negotiable. When appealing, please include useful information that may help in your case.

Appealing is not a dispute between the staff and the user. The slightest disrespect for our processes, community, or staff will result in a permanent block without questions. The appeal process can also result in a more severe sanction if new anomalies are found in the evidence. Lying in an appeal under any context will result in a permanent block.

Mentions like "I am a VIP", "it's not in the rules", "the other person wasn't sanctioned" - or similar comments will not help your case at all.

If you are not satisfied with the response from the moderator in charge of your sanction, you can respectfully request a second opinion.

If the guarantees mentioned above have been violated, you are welcome to open a report to the staff via staff@gtahub.gg. This email is NOT for appealing a sanction. This email is for reporting violations of our staff processes.

SANCTIONS

This document will explain everything regarding the sanctions applied for violations of the GTAHUB rules (for a detailed list of the rules visit: gtahub.gg/rules). Here, the sanction duration for each breached rule will be included (including the multiplier for repeat offenses), as well as the estimated time for the sanctions to no longer affect the account and the organizations.

In our mission of a massive roleplay community, sanctions are a method to create accountability for rule breaking in GTAHUB. We adhere to documented internal and external processes in front of the community (e.g., appeals, rules). We continue working on innovating our systems and human processes to improve gameplay quality. The team is actively working on systems that we will soon present in the interest of continuing our mission to create a massive roleplay game.

HOW LONG DO SANCTIONS AFFECT AN ACCOUNT?

When an account is sanctioned, it must wait a total of 180 days (6 months) after each sanction, for such sanctions to disappear from the list and not affect the account.

Note: Sanctions are permanent from the standpoint of GTAHUB STAFF and do not expire when being considered by the administration.

Having active sanctions on the account can affect access to GTAHUB systems, such as: affecting possible entry into governmental organizations, the creation of new organizations, more sanction time for repeat offenses, and eventually permanent expulsion from the community due to accumulation of sanctions.

HOW LONG DO SANCTIONS AFFECT AN ORGANIZATION?

When a member of an organization is sanctioned, the organization must wait a total of 30 days after each sanction, for such sanctions not to affect the organization's progress.

Having accumulated member sanctions in the organization can affect the advancement to new organization levels and consequently access to different GTAHUB systems.

IMPORTANT: Accumulation of member sanctions can lead to the elimination of the organization, without the right to appeal and without the possibility of creating new organizations by the involved members.

• Sanctions are permanent from the Administration's point of view and do not expire.

SANCTIONS PANEL

To have visibility of the sanctions applied to organization members, a new panel has been created available in the menu TAB - Organizations - Options - Member Sanctions.

In this panel, you can see the number of sanctions applied to members, the name of the sanctioned member, the breached rule, and the date the sanction was applied. Remember that member sanctions, after 30 days of being applied, stop affecting the organization's progress.

NEW OPTION TO SHOW YOUR SANCTIONS TO OTHER PLAYERS

The new functionality of showing your account's sanctions to other users has been enabled. This function is available in the menu TAB - Profile - Options - My Behavior- “Show my behavior to someone”

SANCTION TIME TABLE BY RULE

The following table explains the sanction times for each regulation, and their multiplier for repeat offenses (a “repeat offense” is understood as committing a violation of the same rule again, resulting in a longer sanction time).

IMPORTANT: The "repeat offense multipliers" are exponential and have a limit. This means that upon reaching this limit, the account will be permanently blocked

DEALERS & BLACK MARKETS

From now on, weapons/drugs dealers can be controlled by illegal organizations and obtain a large number of benefits, including: passive income, catalog of illegal items, extra activities, and exclusive areas.

They are also now the first illegal and rotational businesses available in GTAHUB (along with black markets).
Dealers can be controlled by any illegal organization: group, gang, or motorclub. Unlike black markets, where there is only one market for each type of organization.

For an organization to control a dealer, it must participate in a competitive activity known as "dealer conquest," where they must defeat dozens of other organizations in a series of activities.

There are a total of 8 dealers, which will be contested once a week each, on different days and times. Every day of the week there will be at least 1 "dealer conquest," and on some days there can be up to 2 (two). In this document, we will explain in detail this new system that seeks to improve the competitive gameplay dynamics among illegal organizations.

BENEFITS OF HAVING A DEALER

Passive income generation:
Dealers will now function as illegal businesses, with a series of needs such as Respect, Resources, and Finances. To maintain these needs, orders can be requested from other illegal organizations (explained in detail below) and based on the state of these needs, passive income will be generated.

Catalog for the sale of illegal items:
The "controlling" organization of the dealer will have access to an exclusive catalog for the sale of illegal items, where weapons, drugs, blueprints, chemicals, and all types of illegal items (legal items cannot be sold) can be sold. Only members of rank 8 or higher can interact with this catalog.

In case of losing control of the dealer and having items in the catalog, these will be returned to the person who added them, through the new item return system ("STASH").

Dealer owners will have access to an exclusive catalog to sell illegal items, including weapons, drugs, blueprints, etc. It is highlighted that it will not be possible to sell legal items.

Extra activities:
The "controlling" organization of the dealer will have access to a series of extra daily activities, which can be progressively unlocked according to the state of the dealer's needs. For example, reaching 20% unlocks a trafficking activity, reaching 60% unlocks another activity, and reaching 90% unlocks one more.

The available extra activities can range from property robberies to land/maritime trafficking and will vary according to the type of controlling organization. Groups, gangs, and motorclubs will receive activities that correspond to their type.

Access to exclusive area:
Each of the dealers has an exclusive area where only members of the "controlling" organization of the dealer can access. The setting and access to the exclusive area are different for each dealer.

HOW TO OBTAIN A DEALER?

Locations and number of dealers:
There are a total of 8 dealers around the entire map, from the north to the south of Los Santos. To find the location of any of these dealers, you must call the numbers available in some city graffitis, and a location will be sent by text message.

Competitive activity: “Dealer conquest”
For an organization to gain control of a dealer, it must participate in a competitive activity known as “dealer conquest”. In this conquest, a series of activities must be completed competing against dozens of organizations of all kinds, including groups, gangs, and motorclubs.

The organization that wins this activity will have control of the dealer for a week, until it is contested again.

Different types of conquest:
There are 4 different types of dealer conquest, each with missions, a unique background, required items, and a different strategy. Some of the conquests focus on:

1. Computer infiltration: Includes activities such as infecting USB devices, destroying servers, and intercepting communications. This activity is ideal for organizations with speed and intelligence.

2. Brute force: Involves direct confrontations, such as eliminating enemy traffickers and destroying vehicles, among other actions. This activity is ideal for organizations with fast vehicles and ammunition.

3. Self-defense: Requires protecting the dealer from a possible attack, taking “your associates” to a safe place, and confronting the attackers. This activity is ideal for organizations with coordination, many members, and ammunition.

4. Stealing contacts: This takes involves weakening the enemy to prevent them from making “a delivery” to their trusted contact and stealing that information to have influence over the dealer. This activity is ideal for organizations with good communication and coordination.

Rotational businesses:
In addition to being the first illegal businesses, dealers are the first rotational businesses of GTAHUB and are designed so that any organization, regardless of the number of members, can gain control of these “illegal businesses”. However, this does not mean that they will be easy to control, since each “dealer conquest” will have a complexity and a series of skills necessary to complete them.

ILLEGAL ORDERS

With the implementation of the dealer system, orders to illegal organizations arrive for the first time.

Functioning as businesses, dealers will have a series of needs to maintain by requesting orders from other illegal organizations. Some orders will be destined for motorclubs, others for groups, and others for gangs.
These orders must be carried out with great care, as making a mistake or failing the order will result in criminal charges and governmental organizations will be alerted.

The objective is to significantly increase the number of activities available for illegal organizations, create a rotational economy among illegal organizations, and increase interaction.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEALER AND BLACK MARKET

Dealers: Are available to any type of illegal organization from level 1, although it is important to note that this configuration might change in the future.

Black Markets: Each type of illegal organization has its own market. The dispute for these markets begins from level 3 of the organization and generates significantly higher passive incomes. In addition, the winning organization obtains extra money in the sale of illegal items.

A: Black markets will now have all the same benefits as dealers (passive income, sales catalog, additional activities, and exclusive area). But, in addition, they will have access to higher passive earnings and extra money from the sale of illegal items.

This system of dealers and black markets opens the door to a large number of implementations that seek to completely change the dynamics with which they interact and generate money from illegal organizations. From now on, organizations can through their effort and merit have access to the first legal and rotational businesses of GTAHUB. Now those organizations that are more organized, strategic, and active, will literally have control of the city.

Through this document, the GTAHUB community presents the requirements and evaluation aspects to turn an organization, whether an enterprise, criminal gang, motorclub or even a mafia, into an official server organization.

Official Organizations

Before delving into the general aspects, it's important to understand what it means to have the status of an Official Organization in GTAHUB, which is a status of honor. An Official Organization of GTAHUB is the highest level/reputation of an organization, meaning it is the highest status a user can receive. From the moment the organization becomes official, they start to represent the community on a larger scale. This implies having recognition and respect, as they become part of the heart of GTAHUB.

Being an Official Organization comes with great benefits such as:

• Access to systems with fewer limitations, e.g., being able to traffic a higher number of weapons.
• Ability to recruit more members.
• Access to more asset slots for the organization.
• Representative group on the forum with respective public/private categories.
• Direct connection channel with the Staff on Discord.

To become an Official Organization in the GTAHUB community, you must meet the following prerequisites:

• Have a registered and active enterprise or group in the GTAHUB organizations system, with more than 3 months since its creation.
• Have a notable and verifiable track record in the organization's forum post.
• Be recognized for role quality and community service.
• Have more than 15 active members.
• Maintain a minimum level 2 in the organization during the application.
• Ranks 9 and 10 within the organization must be above level 10.
• Have generated or be generating an impact on the server's role that fosters interoperability and interaction among different users outside the organization.
• None of the active members of the organization can have a record of serious sanctions.

Administrative Criteria to Obtain or Maintain Official Status

• The GTAHUB staff will monitor various in-game and out-of-game data, utilizing telemetry generated by users from the respective organizations. This includes observing community activity and forum engagement.
• If organizations perform poorly in their roles, show inactivity, or receive sanctions, their official status may be jeopardized or revoked. Conversely, organizations that perform well, remain active, and comply with roleplay rules can achieve or maintain their official status.

Before having a mafia, it must be constituted as a group and from that moment meet the following requirements:

• A whitelist will be done through a forms to the leaders of the mafia. After approval, the process will be finalized through a voice whitelist via TeamSpeak3.
• Mafia members must be level 5 before joining the mafia.
• Mafia members must not have serious sanctions.
• All members must have a biography on the forum upon joining the mafia.
• The mafia's post must be in constant development.

Once we meet the requirements and the administration considers that Official Status should be granted to Illegal Organizations, we must follow these rules:

• Involvement of more than 3 mafia members in inappropriate roles will result in a warning.
• Multiple warnings can result in the organization being deleted.
• To carry out a kidnapping, appropriate roleplay and video follow-up [must have appropriate quality and audio] for execution is required. This follow-up will be carried out in the private section of each organization's forum.
