Ubications can vary depending in the building or the tower they can be located, if you are planning in buying your own office you can buy it in Hawik tower (Most buyed and cheapest) Vinewood Tower and Clinton tower (Most expensive).

To see if the enterprise/govermental has an office you must press
TAB key > Organizations > Properties‎‎‎‎‎

Once you reach your destination you must press X inside of the place and select Property status.

By clicking over it you will find this three pillars.

• Infrastructure. (Security and Services/Others enterprises orders)

• Cleaning. (Services/Others enterprises orders)

• Administration. (Transport and Security enterprises orders)

In order to generate passive money with the office you need to fill the needing's, in this case we should ask for all the orders in the three pillars to start making the passive money depending in the % of the property status in total the amount of money that the office will generate.

Once the Computer reachs 100k you will need to withdraw the money in order to keep generating the passive money, this withdraw will go to the Balance of the enterprise or the goverment so feel free to withdraw anything.

To request the order you must select one of them check the average price or the price you think is correct.

In Weazel News Discord there is a channel where you can appoint the money you spend on the orders, so it will be returned.
Workers should upload a full image of the notifications panel in order to get the refund like this.

Other benefits that the offices provides are the Extra money in the orders.

It can go up to 2400$ max per order.

Having more than one office will not give you more benefits, the size doesn't change the benefits.

Put on your gloves and some ear protectors because with this job, you can protect yourself from everything except its terrible smell.

Picking up garbage around the city isn't exactly pleasant, but someone has to do it. There are always openings for a few shifts at the La Puerta landfill.

Approach to talk to a supervisor, they will be the ones to tell you which route to take. You may need to earn their trust or show that you have enough experience to handle other routes, but remember that whatever route you take, you will be well rewarded in the end

If you've come with a vehicle, it's best to leave it in a safe place where it won't bother other workers. That way, you won't have to walk to the police impound lot and pay a fine to drive your vehicle again. So, park your vehicle in the designated parking area.

• Enter and exit the parking lot by pressing E on your keyboard.

It's a simple job that you can do with two more teammates. The bigger the team, the greater the benefit you'll get.

The truck can carry a maximum of three people. One person at the wheel and a pair in the back, ready to endure the smell and the truck's movement.

The latter will be responsible for getting off at each point to collect and throw the garbage bags into the truck, while the person in the cabin will obviously be responsible for driving the truck along the entire route until returning to the central station.

To work as a team, you just need to talk to the supervisor, dress appropriately, get the three people on the truck, and follow the designated route.

If you're unable to gather a team to work with, you can do it alone, but you'll likely end up with back pain from getting in and out of the cabin, as well as from walking back and forth between the truck controls and the containers.

• Collect the garbage using G and throw it into the truck using E
• Get on and off the truck by approaching it and pressing F

Once you finish the route, go talk to the supervisor who assigned it to you to claim your payment. If you still have the desire and strength, you can ask for a new route.

People in the city are often quite careless, and sometimes they even try to get rid of things by throwing them in the bins, hoping the shredder will crush them. Perhaps at some point during your shift, you'll come across something interesting.

[1] Open Windows Search and search "Registry Editor"

[2] Paste "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options" at the top of Registry Editor

[3] Right click on "Image File Execution Options" and selectr "New" and then left click on "Key" and give it the name of "GTA5.exe"

[4] After having created the key "GTA5.exe" Right click on it and add another key with the name "PerfOptions"

[5] After having created the key "PerfOptions" Right click again, and create a DWORD (32 Bits) Value with the name of "CpuPriorityClass"

[6] When creating the DWORD and name it "CpuPriorityClass" put the value Information to the number "3" and accept.

Questions and Answers

Question: You have done this process in Windows 10, does it work for Windows 11?
Answer: Yes, this process is the same in both Windows 10 and Windows 11, the names do not change, everything is the same.

Question: What does the number 3 mean in the value information?
Answer: This means "High Priority", there are more definitions but it is advisable to use High Priority.

1 - Idle
2 - Normal
3 - High
4 - Real time (Preferably not used)
5 - Below normal
6 - Above normal

ALLOWED MODS

• Sound Mods

Sound mods are allowed as long as they are appropriate to the action being performed. This means that when shooting, hitting, or experiencing accidents, the corresponding sound must accompany the action, and unrealistic sounds are not permitted.

• Weapon Mods

When it comes to weapons, only editing of visual files (YDR, YTD) is permitted. Files that modify any ".meta" file or any file other than "weapons.rpf" within a dlc.rpf are strictly prohibited as they remove or alter the physics/damage/recoil of the weapon.

Recommended editing path: GTA V folder > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday8ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf

It is of vital importance to handle editing to get the right results, if there are doubts about allowed mods open a ticket. GTAHUB does not offer support installation.

UNAUTHORIZED MODS

• Effect mods

Any modification of effects other than vanilla is prohibited. This includes: damage, bleeding animation, bullet impacts, among others.

• Vehicles mods

All modifications to vehicles are prohibited.

• Mods files

Files that modify the x64 server files are modifications that can alter physics, among other things, and therefore are not allowed.

• Anim mods

Any animation that changes the positioning of the character is prohibited. This includes Cover Animation, Police Cover, changes in weapon aiming position, etc.

IMPORTANT

This information is of vital importance for the GTAHUB community users who aim to achieve a visual reality in their gameplay. It's important to understand that many mods contain files that modify documents/files/folders, which can inadvertently provide an advantage and potentially lead to a ban within the community.

Any mods outside of what is indicated in the previous points is prohibited.
