INTRODUCTION

United States Marshals Service is a law enforcement agency at the federal level. It was founded on September 24, 1789 while George Washington was president of the country, thus being considered the oldest federal agency in the entire United States. It is used to ensure the effective functioning of the judiciary and that the constitution is maintained. Currently, there are ninety-four (94) U.S. Marshals, three thousand nine hundred and fifty-three deputies.

The area of ​​jurisdiction of the United State Marshals Services is located throughout the United States of America; it has a total of ninety-four (94) offices. Additionally, this organization actively participates in special operations to ensure compliance with the law in foreign nations.

RANKS

At United States Marshals they have several hierarchies to keep everything much better organized. These are: Command Staff, Supervisory Staff and Field Staff.

The ranks that are part of the Command Staff are these:

U.S. Marshal
The US Marshal is in charge of the entire department, he is the one who has the opportunity to run the department and the one who orders and tries to do the best for the department.

Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal II
The employee who obtains the rank Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal II will be one of three high-ranking deputies to assist the U.S. Marshal to keep the department running as it should.

Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal I
The rank of Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal I is the first rank of the Command Staff, the same as all Command Staff ranks, he is in charge of making sure the department runs well and controlling everything.

Once these three ranks are finished, the next hierarchy begins here, which would be Supervisory Staff, the ranks would be these:

Supervisory II Deputy U.S. Marshal
The employee who obtains the rank of Supervisory II Deputy U.S. Marshal, apart from having the job that any Deputy of the U.S. Marshals can have, he has an extra job which would be to supervise, check that the units are OK and resupply.

Supervisory I Deputy U.S. Marshal
Supervisory I Deputy U.S. Marshal also does the same job as any employee, although the only thing different he will have is to supervise and from this rank it will be mandatory to be in the Training Division.

These two ranks are those that belong to the Command Staff, now comes the last hierarchy that would be the Field Staff:

Deputy U.S. Marshal IV
Deputy U.S. Marshal IV will be one of the ranks that you must take tests to obtain, since this rank is the end of the Field Staff, with this rank you can go to Supervisory Staff, but to do so you will have to spend some time with this rank and give contributions among other things.

The requirements to rise to this rank will be:

• 4 months in organization
• 56 contributions in each period
• Belong to some division

Deputy U.S. Marshal III
The employee who obtains this rank will be because he is advancing and already has somewhat expert knowledge and can help other employees. To rise to this rank he will have to write a letter of intent to the higher ranks and if it is seen that the employee is what you deserve will be delivered to you.

The requirements to rise to this rank will be:

• 3 months in organization
• 45 contributions in each period
• Belong to some division

Deputy U.S. Marshal II
Deputy U.S. Marshal II will be the next rank of Deputy U.S. Marshal I and it will be obtained with only the prerequisites, it will have to be requested by ticket and it will be delivered

The requirements to rise to this rank will be:

• 2 months in organization
• 20 contributions in each period

Deputy U.S. Marshal I
The employee who is in Deputy U.S. Marshal I is because he has finished the academy and has managed to overcome all the obstacles he has in the academy, little by little he will be able to move up.

Basic Deputy U.S. Marshal
The Basic Deputy U.S. Marshal will be the user who has passed the form, that is, who has to attend the academy and complete it. He will not be employed as such but will be within the organization. If He does not pass, his rank will be removed and he will not obtain the next rank.

These would be all the ranks of the department and the end of the Field Staff hierarchy.

Divisions

Within the US Marshals Service we have various divisions which make carrying out the organization's tasks easier and more effective. These are the divisions:

Investigative Operations Division: This division is in charge of carrying out field investigations of fugitives from justice in order to create the well-known Searches and Captures. Within this division we can find a small internal hierarchy: Director of Investigations, Investigative Supervisor, Investigator and Trainee Investigator.

Special Operations Group: This group is dedicated to all special operations such as hostage takings, entrenchments, mass shootings and other situations that warrant the support of a tactical emergency group. As in the IOD, we can find a small hierarchy: Director of Operations, Special Operator, Instructor, Operator and Recruit Operator.

Air Operations Division: They are responsible for managing all air operations of the organization, these can range from air pursuits, providing air support in situations and active collaboration with both primary divisions (IOD & SOG). Training Division: Responsible for managing the entire training program for new applicants to the organization, they play a crucial role for this agency. Office of Public Affairs: This office is responsible for managing all the agency's external relations, this includes other governments, companies and other organizations of interest to the agency. As in the rest of the divisions, we find an internal hierarchy to be able to better manage it: Manager, Coordinator and Specialist.

Equipment

Glock 19
The Glock 19 is a firearm which will be issued to employees only after fully entering the department as Deputy U.S. Marshal I, the Glock 19 will always be holstered, and will only be taken out in cases where it is necessary.

Taser X26
The taser will be delivered in Phase Two of the academy so that the users in the academy can have something, even if it is to do some work, it will serve to reduce any subject.

PR-24
The PR-24 or nightstick will be used very rarely, probably in the prison by some prisoner or something, but it is not widely believed to use the nightstick, it will still be given in phase two of the academy.

Shotgun Remington 870
The Remington 870 Shotgun is a long weapon that would be a shotgun, which this weapon will be obtained by completing a psychological certification to see if you are capable of carrying this weapon, to carry this weapon you need to finish the academy alone.

MP5 Heckler & Koch Submachine
The MP5 is a long weapon which will come like any long weapon with a psychological certificate to know if you are capable and you are not going to do anything strange with that weapon, to see if you are capable of carrying it, for it you will need the minimum range by the Deputy U.S. Marshal II and with that rank you can now carry out your certification, which will be a form.

M4A1 / AR-15
The M4A1 or AR-15 is a long weapon which is dangerous because its bullets can travel very far and cause a lot of damage, that is why for this weapon you will need the psychological certificate, which will be a form and you will even need the Deputy U.S. rank. Marshal IV, you will then be able to obtain the M4A1 if your form looks accepted.

Bean-Bag Less Lethal Shotgun
The Bean Bag is a rubber bullet shotgun, which is used in case using a taser is dangerous, then the Bean Bag is used to shoot a rubber ball that hurts and can reduce a person without hurting others.

Academy

The academy is a routine process that all those interested in becoming part of the organization must go through. It is done to ensure that all members understand how it works and what they should do on their daily basis and in case of something, following all the respective procedures. This process will have several phases, which will be carried out obligatory for everyone without exceptions and in a completely objective manner.

First phase: Form submission
In this first phase, all applicants must send an application form, which will be sent to the responsible. When this four-day period ends, the forms will be reviewed and evaluated by the organization's top managers.

Second phase: Induction
In the Second Phase, users who have the academy rank must do the normal work of any Deputy together with a Deputy who has already finished the academy and is from the Training Division, then these employees who are in the division will perform a employee report, and must have a minimum grade of 7 to be able to move on to the next phase.

Third phase: Training Program
In this last phase, users must take an oral exam of everything they have learned, the questions will not be difficult at all, they will try to do what you have had to understand in phase two, the minimum grade for this exam must be a 7.

Certifications

At the United States Marshals Service we have different certifications and capabilities to be able to handle the diverse weapons and material that the agency has. These range from the specialized handling of weapons, canines or vehicles.

Boating Certification: Can be done by every member of the agency (Deputy US Marshal I). It will enable the use of the maritime vehicle if necessary in the situations.

Remington 870 Shotgun: This certification will enable members to use the Remington 870 shotgun for situations that warrant it. Can be completed from the rank of Deputy US Marshal I.

Bean-Bag Device (Less Lethal Shotgun - LLS): It can be obtained from the rank of Deputy US Marshal I. It can be used in situations that warrant it, such as foot chases with an unarmed subject.

MP5 Heckler & Koch Submachine: It can be completed from the rank of Deputy US Marshal II, with the exception that if you are in the IOD you can be certified regardless of your current rank.

Handler Certification: It can be completed from the rank of Deputy US Marshal II. It will be useful for the training and control of canines, since these people will have to carry out their work with them.

K9 Certification: This certification can be obtained from Deputy US Marshal III. Through this certification you will be able to role as an agency canine and thus be able to act as one, always accompanied by a Handler.

Urban Patrol Rifle (UPR - M4A1): It can be obtained from Deputy US Marshal IV, although being a Special Operations Group operator it can be obtained regardless of the rank you hold at that time. This certification enables the use of the M4A1 rifle for situations that require it.

Installation

Seal of the Supreme Court
This is the Seal of the Supreme Court, it is the central office of the district of San Andreas, this is where almost all the judges of the district are and it functions as the headquarters of the Marshals of San Andreas, this is where they prepare their operations and coordinate shifts and their work.

Bolingbroke Penitentiary
This penitentiary center is used to house all prisoners in the state of San Andreas. These are transported and guarded by the US Marshals Service on a constant basis. Within these facilities there are multiple cells, a canteen, a recreational area, etc.
