The Last Warning was founded in the 1980s in Los Santos by two Hispanic bikers crazy for high-cylinder bikes, Agustin Marchan and Neneto Rivas when they were in their teens. In the beginning, they robbed stores at gunpoint and broke into houses in the area of Chamberlain Hills. They began to get involved in organized crimes, consolidating "Last Warning" as a small and dangerous MC group of a few young motorcycle riders with their closest and most trusted Latino collaborators and friends on Last Warning's rows and working under their founders' rules. Among these main collaborators were Dave Grimes and Yoelito Guerrero who have experience in drug deals and shootings with rival groups. The third collaborator, Josue Cristancho, a young motorcycle rider and a friend of Grimes and Guerrero's families, is well known for doing big illegal business. They formed a dangerous and strongly organized Mc Club, whose name gained much respect for them in Chamberlain Hills.

Last Warning: Founders and High-Ranking Members organized the club's events. Having a well-defined hierarchy inside the club, they gain respect and control among its members and enemies on the streets. Last Warning expanded its influence in the city of Los Santos, especially in Chamberlain Hills, leaving Last Warning's name and a "Devil's tattoo" on the neck as their representing symbol well known in the area for being responsible for organized crime activity such as drug dealing, arms trafficking, prostitution, extortion, money laundering, and murder in the area.

[The club's national headquarters remained at its founding location, Chamberlain Hills. Its operations keep the club running while all its members gain profits from their hard work and claim to the top of the underworld. Its influence remains intact while Last Warning is expanding more in the city of Los Santos and at the same time defending its territory and people. Last Warning will always seek its assets and people because we carry respect in our skin. If you want to be our friend, we will extend our hand, but if you want to be a rat, we will kill your a**.
