GETTING STARTED

How do I play GTAHUB | English?

To play GTAHUB | English, you will need:

• A legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V.
• FiveM installed on your computer.
  • Watch our install tutorial here.
  • https://fivem.net
• A registered GTAHUB account.
• Access to the GTAHUB | English server.

I'm new to GTA roleplay. Can I still join?

Yes. You do not need to be an experienced roleplayer to apply.
New players are welcome if they are willing to learn, follow the rules and contribute positively to the community.

We strongly recommend reading the Server Rules and Roleplay Standards & Expectations before playing.

I'm returning from RageMP. Will I keep my existing characters and progression?

Yes. Returning players from RageMP will be able to continue into the FiveM version of GTAHUB | English.
The FiveM transition is intended to carry GTAHUB | English forward rather than require returning players to start completely from zero.

This means any and all properties, businesses, vehicles, and other assets are all transferred.

You will not need to start again from scratch following the move from RageMP to FiveM.

Where can I find the server rules and roleplay guidance?

All players are expected to familiarise themselves with the current GTAHUB | English Rules before playing.

How do I create a GTAHUB account?

• You can register here

I've forgotten my GTAHUB password. How do I recover my account?

If you forgot your GTAHUB account password, use the password recovery option to regain access to your account.

You will need access to the email address registered to your GTAHUB account. A verification code will be sent to this address as part of the recovery process.

How do I create a character?

Before entering the server and beginning to play, you will need to create your character.

Your character must have a realistic identity and appearance appropriate for the roleplay environment.

Character names must be realistic and appropriate, using a believable first and last name. Names of celebrities, fictional characters, joke names or otherwise unrealistic names cannot be used.

For full character requirements, always refer to the current GTAHUB | English Rules.

How many characters can I have?

Every GTAHUB account has 3 character slots by default.

Additional character slots are available through certain subscription packages, allowing you to have up to 6 characters depending on your subscription.

Can my characters know or interact with each other?

Your characters must be be treated as separate individuals.

Information learned by one character does not automatically become known by another character. You may not use multiple characters to transfer information, assets, funds, or otherwise gain an advantage between them.

What is a Character Biography?

A Character Biography allows you to document your character's background, personality, history and development throughout their roleplay.

Character Biographies are not required to create or play a character, but they are strongly encouraged. Creating one can help you develop a more consistent and believable character, build relationships and longer-term stories, and document how your character develops through roleplay.

Character Biographies

Can I change my character's name?

Yes. Character names can be changed in-game by typing /config in chat and selecting Change Name.

Alternatively, you can access the same option through:

TAB → Profile → Options → Change Name

A voluntary name change costs 2,500 HubCoins and can only be completed once every 31 days. Your character will keep their existing belongings.

After changing your name, you can also choose to become unknown to all other characters, meaning characters who previously knew you will no longer see your character as known through the name system. This costs an additional 2,500 HubCoins.

If your character's name does not meet GTAHUB's character naming requirements, Staff may require you to change it. In this case, you will be asked to provide a new name of your choice, which Staff will approve or deny based on the naming requirements.

Name changes may not be used to avoid roleplay consequences, debts, investigations, relationships or reputation connected to your character.

Existing storylines should be handled appropriately rather than treated as erased.
 

What happens to my character if they die?

A character becoming mechanically incapacitated or dying in-game does not automatically mean permanent character death.
GTAHUB uses different character death concepts and consequences depending on the circumstances, including PK (Player Kill), TPK (Total Player Kill), and CK (Character Kill).

Rather than duplicating those rules here, players should refer to the current Character Death (PK / TPK / CK) section of the GTAHUB | English Rules:

Server Rules

Can I transfer money, vehicles or other assets between my own characters?

Generally, no. Your characters are separate and their money, possessions and other IC assets must remain separate.
You may not use multiple characters to move money, property, items or advantages between them.
There is no system for transferring or selling normal vehicles to another player or character.

HubCoin vehicles are the exception. A HubCoin vehicle can be transferred to another character on your own account for a cost of 800 HubCoins.

To transfer a HubCoin vehicle, type /config in chat and select Transfer Vehicle.

Alternatively:

TAB → Profile → Options → Transfer Vehicle

You cannot use property key sharing to give your other characters access to properties or apartments owned by one of your characters.

Residential properties also cannot be transferred between characters or anyone else through the system. Residential properties can instead be sold or rented through the property auction system.

IN-GAME & SERVER SYSTEMS

Where can I see my account information and settings?

Most account and character settings can be accessed through your Profile:

TAB → Profile

Many settings can also be accessed quickly by typing /config in chat.

Where can I see my account notifications?

Your account notifications can be found through:

TAB → Profile → Scroll Down

or type /notif

What are Certifications?

Certifications are short tests used to unlock access to certain GTAHUB systems, features or activities.

They can be found through:

TAB → Profile → Certifications

Some systems may require you to successfully complete the relevant Certification before you can use them.

What Certifications are available?

GTAHUB currently has the following Certifications:

Completing a Certification gives access to the relevant system.
It does not remove the requirement to follow server rules, roleplay standards or any additional restrictions that apply to that activity.
Some Certifications may have additional uses beyond those listed above.

How do I ask a question in-game?

If you have a general question about GTAHUB, you can type /questions in chat.

Questions sent through /questions are visible to everyone on the server, allowing other players and Helpers to respond if they know the answer.

If you need assistance directly from Support Staff, use:

F9 → Request Support

Alternatively, press Alt + C.

Use /questions for general information. Use Support for issues that require Staff assistance.

Can I hide the Questions channel?

Yes. If you do not want to see the in-game Questions channel, you can disable it by typing /config in chat and selecting Show Questions.

Alternatively, you can access the same option through:

TAB → Profile → Options → Show Questions

If you submit a question through /questions, the Questions channel will automatically become visible again so you can see any responses.

I couldn't collect a reward because my inventory was full. Have I lost it?

No. If you were unable to collect a reward because you did not have enough inventory space, it will be stored in your Reward Stash.

You can access these through:

TAB → Profile → Stash

From there, you can view and claim any rewards waiting to be collected.

How does the referral system work?

The Referral System rewards you for inviting friends to play GTAHUB.

You can access it through:

TAB → Profile → Referrals

When a new player creates their character, they can enter your unique #HASH as their referrer.

The referred player receives a $5,000 bank bonus, with additional rewards available as they progress. As their referral progress bar increases, you will earn HubTokens, which can be spent in the Referral Store on exclusive rewards.
You can view your HASH in TAB → Profile
Referral progress can be increased through normal activity, including:

• Gaining game experience.
• Completing activities, such as jobs, arcade activities and organization missions.
• Completing Achievements.
• Progressing through daily challenges.
• Certain HubCoin purchases.

Playing together can also increase referral progress faster for some activities.

HubTokens can be spent through the Store within the Referrals menu on a range of rewards, including money, items, clothing and other exclusive rewards.

How can I improve my game performance?

GTAHUB provides Graphic Settings that can help improve performance by adjusting how players, vehicles and other elements are rendered.

You can access these settings by typing /config in chat and selecting Graphic Settings.

Alternatively:

TAB → Profile → Options → Graphic Settings

These options may be useful if you are experiencing low FPS or performance issues, particularly on lower-spec computers.

Be aware that reducing certain rendering settings may cause players or vehicles to appear only when they are closer to you.

ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES & GOVERNMENT

What are Organizations?

Organizations allow groups of players to build and develop something together within GTAHUB.

They can represent many different types of groups, including legal organizations, criminal groups, gangs, motorcycle clubs, and other player-created concepts.

Organizations can progress through the GTAHUB Organization system as they develop their activity, membership and presence within the community.

How do I create an Organization?

Organizations are divided into Legal Enterprises and Illegal Groups, with different organization types available for each.

To create one, open:

TAB → Organizations

Then select Enterprises for a legal Organization or Groups for an illegal Organization.

Once you meet the requirements, select the type of Organization you want to create and follow the on-screen steps.

New Organizations begin as Unranked and can then progress through the Organization system.

How does Organization ranking and progression work?

Organizations progress through the following stages:

Unranked → Rank 1 → Rank 2 → Rank 3 → Rank 4 → Rank 5 → Official

Progression is mainly based on Contributions, which build the Organization's Reputation during each 6-day ranking period.

Contributions can come from:

• Normal hourly activity.
• Organization Activities.
• Other Organization-related requirements.

As an Organization progresses, it may unlock:

• Increased member capacity.
• Increased vehicle capacity.
• Increased property capacity.
• Additional activities or Organization features.

Progression is not based on Reputation alone. Organizations may also need to meet requirements related to age, membership, finances, properties, sanctions, time spent at their current rank, and ranking position.

Current requirements can be viewed in-game through:

Always use the in-game Restrictions page for the current requirements, as these may change as the Organization system develops.ferently from normal ranking progression. Organisations seeking Official status must meet additional standards and requirements before being approved by the Administration.
 

What is an Official Organization?

An Official Organization is an established player-run Organization that has reached the highest status within the GTAHUB Organisation system.

Reaching Official recognizes the activity, consistency and contribution an Organisation has demonstrated within the server. It also comes with greater responsibilities and higher expectations.

Official Organizations are expected to maintain a consistent presence, create quality roleplay, interact with the wider community and other Organizations, keep their forum and Discord presence active and demonstrate creativity and initiative beyond simply completing system activities.

Official status should be viewed as an ongoing standard to maintain, not simply a rank to unlock.

How does an Organization become Official?

Organizations progress through the normal ranking system towards Official status.

To reach and maintain Official, an Organization must satisfy the applicable system requirements,

• Organization membership.
• Organization age/seniority.
• Time spent at previous ranks.
• Organization bank balance.
• Properties owned by the Organization.
• Recent sanctions received by its members.
• Its position through Reputation during the ranking period.

Current system requirements can be viewed through:

TAB → Organizations → Restrictions

Reaching the required system position alone does not remove the wider expectations of Official status. Organizations are expected to demonstrate genuine activity, quality roleplay, community interaction, consistency and appropriate leadership and conduct.

Official Organizations remain subject to oversight from Organizations Staff, including specific requirements relating to senior leadership positions.

Because system requirements can change, always use the in-game Restrictions page for the current mechanical requirements.

Where can I find or join existing Organizations?

You can browse existing legal and illegal organizations in-game through:

TAB → Organizations, From there:

Select Enterprises to view legal Organizations and businesses.

Select Groups to view illegal Organizations.

Alternatively you can go to the GTAHUB Organizations Forum by clicking here.

You can also discover Organizations naturally through recruitment, advertisements, events and in-character interactions within the server.

Existing organizations regularly recruit new members, and joining one can be a good way to meet other players, develop your character and become involved in longer-term roleplay.

Keep in mind, you must join organizations naturally through in-character interactions within the server, not pre-arranged OOC settings.

How do I join a Government Organization?

Government Organizations are player-run organizations responsible for public services and institutions within the GTAHUB world.

These can include law enforcement, emergency services, courts and other government agencies.

Each Government Organization manages its own recruitment process and requirements, so applications are made directly to the organization you are interested in joining.

Government Organizations are separate from the normal Organization ranking system and do not compete through the standard Organization leaderboard.

What Government Organizations are available?

GTAHUB has a range of Government Organizations covering different areas of public service and roleplay.

The organizations operating on GTAHUB | English may change as the server develops, so rather than maintaining a list here that may become outdated, you can find the current organizations, recruitment information and relevant guides here:

Can I create a roleplay group without creating an Organization?

Yes. You do not need an Organization to start creating roleplay with other players.

If you and several other players want to create a crew, social group, club, business concept or another shared storyline, you can begin developing that through roleplay without waiting for a particular Organization rank or recognition from Staff.

The Organization system exists to support groups as they develop. It should not prevent players from creating characters, relationships, stories, or group concepts through normal roleplay.

As your group develops, you can decide whether formally creating an Organization makes sense for what you're building.

SUPPORT, REPORTS & APPEALS

How do I contact GTAHUB Support?

If you need assistance from GTAHUB Support Staff, you can request help directly in-game.

Press:

F9 → Request Support

Alternatively, you can press Alt + C to open the same Support interface.

Use Support for issues that require Staff assistance and cannot be resolved through the /questions channel.

When submitting a Support Request, explain the issue clearly so Staff can assist you as efficiently as possible.

How do I report another player?

If you believe another player has broken the server rules, you can submit a report through the Support system.

To use this in-game, press:

F9 → Request Support → I want to report someone

Then select the rule-break category that best matches the situation and follow the prompts to submit your report.

Where reasonably possible, continue the roleplay scene rather than disrupting it to argue about a potential rule-break. The situation can then be dealt with through the report system afterwards.

When submitting a report, explain what happened clearly and provide any relevant screenshots, video clips or other evidence where available.

How do I appeal a Staff Sanction or ban?

Appeals are submitted through the web version of the GTAHUB Support System:

Once logged in, select:

Request Support → Appeals

Then choose the type of appeal that applies to you:

• Appeal a block/ban – for a GTAHUB account block or server ban.
• Appeal a block/ban (Discord) – for a Discord block or ban.
• Appeal a sanction – for other sanctions issued to your account.

Before submitting an appeal, make sure you read the information and requirements shown within the Appeals section.

Appeals can take time to review depending on the circumstances and complexity of the case. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a sanction, block or ban will be removed.

I've found a bug. Where should I report it?

If you discover a bug or something that isn't working as intended, you can report it through the GTAHUB | English Discord:

You can also access the bug reporting system directly in-game through:

F9 → Bug Report

If a bug has directly affected your character or their belongings, use:

F9 → Character Bugs

From there, select the category that best matches your issue:

• Death by bug
• Bug in an interior
• Loss of objects
• Other problems

When reporting a bug, explain what happened clearly and provide any relevant screenshots or video evidence where available.

For general questions about how a system works, use /questions before submitting a Support request.

I'm having technical problems. Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical problems with FiveM, GTAHUB, your account or another server system, there are several ways to get help depending on the issue.

For general technical help, you can use:

If you need assistance directly from GTAHUB Staff, you can also use the Support System.

In-game Support

Press F9 or Alt + C while connected to the server.

The in-game Support System includes dedicated categories for issues such as:

• Problems with vehicles
• Character bugs
• Problems with systems
• Problems with players
• General questions
• Bug reports
• Hacker reports

Choose the category that best matches your problem and follow the prompts.

Web Support

If you cannot resolve the issue in-game, or your problem concerns your account or something preventing you from accessing the server, you can use the web Support System:
