Government Organisations are an important part of the world on GTAHUB | English. Their leaders are responsible for much more than managing ranks, vehicles and equipment. They help establish the culture, standards and roleplay that define their organisation.
We're looking for motivated players to take responsibility for Government Organisations requiring leadership and help develop them into active, sustainable and enjoyable communities.
You'll work alongside Organisations Staff to develop your organisation, build its command structure, establish internal standards and create opportunities for both your members and the wider server.
Applications are currently open for leadership of:
Other Government Organisations may become available as the server and community develop.
The following Government Organisations already have leadership in place and are recruiting players interested in joining:
We're looking for leaders who can:
Previous leadership experience is beneficial, but not essential.
We're more interested in your ideas, attitude, judgement, commitment and ability to build a healthy organisation than simply the positions you've held previously.
Government Organisation Leaders are responsible for the overall development and direction of their organisation.
This includes:
You are not expected to do everything yourself. Building a reliable command team and giving other members responsibility is an important part of successful leadership.
1. Application
Submit your Government Organisation Leadership application with information about your experience, ideas and plans for the organisation.
2. Review
Organisations Staff will review your application and consider your suitability for the role.
3. Interview
Suitable applicants may be invited to discuss their application, leadership approach and plans in more detail.
4. Appointment & Preparation
Successful applicants will work with Organisations Staff to prepare the organisation, establish its initial structure and begin recruitment and development.
Government Organisation Leaders are expected to remain reasonably active and engaged with their organisation.
We understand that real life comes first. If you know you'll be unavailable for a period of time, communicate this with Organisations Staff so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Leadership activity isn't measured purely by hours spent online. Organisation development, member support, planning, communication and creating roleplay are all important parts of the role.
Government Organisation Leaders may request permission to maintain an illegal character while holding Government leadership.
Approval is considered on a case-by-case basis by Organisations Staff and may be reviewed where necessary.
Characters must remain properly separated and all applicable rules regarding IC/OOC information and character separation continue to apply.
Successful applicants will receive:
Government leaders will also receive access to relevant documentation, including:
These resources establish the standards, procedures and expectations applicable to Government Organisation leadership.
Government Organisation Leaders are expected to maintain the standards of their organisation, remain in communication with Organisations Staff and continue developing their organisation and its members.
Leadership appointments may be reviewed where an organisation becomes inactive, leadership standards are not maintained, or a change is considered necessary for the continued development of the organisation.
Strong Government Organisations aren't built by Staff filling every gap. They're built by leaders who give players a reason to join, stay, develop and create stories together.

To play GTAHUB | English, you will need:
Yes. You do not need to be an experienced roleplayer to apply. New players are welcome if they are willing to learn, follow the rules and contribute positively to the community.
We strongly recommend reading the Server Rules and Roleplay Standards & Expectations before playing.
Yes. Returning players from RageMP will be able to continue into the FiveM version of GTAHUB | English. The FiveM transition is intended to carry GTAHUB | English forward rather than require returning players to start completely from zero.
This means any and all properties, businesses, vehicles, and other assets are all transferred.
You will not need to start again from scratch following the move from RageMP to FiveM.
You can join the official GTAHUB | English Discord here.
Discord is the main place for announcements, community information, support and communication outside of the game.
All players are expected to familiarise themselves with the current GTAHUB | English Rules before playing.
For additional guidance on the standard of roleplay expected within the GTAHUB | English community, read the Roleplay Standards & Expectations guide.
If you forgot your GTAHUB account password, use the password recovery option to regain access to your account.
Spoiler
You will need access to the email address registered to your GTAHUB account. A verification code will be sent to this address as part of the recovery process.
If the email does not appear in your inbox, remember to check your spam/junk folder.
If you no longer have access to the email address connected to your account, contact GTAHUB Support for assistance.
Before entering the server and beginning to play, you will need to create your character.
Your character must have a realistic identity and appearance appropriate for the roleplay environment.
Character names must be realistic and appropriate, using a believable first and last name. Names of celebrities, fictional characters, joke names or otherwise unrealistic names cannot be used.
For full character requirements, always refer to the current GTAHUB | English Rules.
Every GTAHUB account has 3 character slots by default.
Additional character slots are available through certain subscription packages, allowing you to have up to 6 characters depending on your subscription.
Your characters must be be treated as separate individuals.
Information learned by one character does not automatically become known by another character. You may not use multiple characters to transfer information, assets, funds, or otherwise gain an advantage between them.
For more information about IC and OOC knowledge, see our Roleplay Standards & Expectations guide.
A Character Biography allows you to document your character's background, personality, history and development throughout their roleplay.
Character Biographies are not required to create or play a character, but they are strongly encouraged. Creating one can help you develop a more consistent and believable character, build relationships and longer-term stories, and document how your character develops through roleplay.
You can create and view Character Biographies here:
Character Biographies
Yes. Character names can be changed in-game by typing /config in chat and selecting Change Name.
Alternatively, you can access the same option through:
TAB → Profile → Options → Change Name
A voluntary name change costs 2,500 HubCoins and can only be completed once every 31 days. Your character will keep their existing belongings.
After changing your name, you can also choose to become unknown to all other characters, meaning characters who previously knew you will no longer see your character as known through the name system. This costs an additional 2,500 HubCoins.
If your character's name does not meet GTAHUB's character naming requirements, Staff may require you to change it. In this case, you will be asked to provide a new name of your choice, which Staff will approve or deny based on the naming requirements.
Name changes may not be used to avoid roleplay consequences, debts, investigations, relationships or reputation connected to your character.
Existing storylines should be handled appropriately rather than treated as erased.
A character becoming mechanically incapacitated or dying in-game does not automatically mean permanent character death. GTAHUB uses different character death concepts and consequences depending on the circumstances, including PK (Player Kill), TPK (Total Player Kill), and CK (Character Kill).
Rather than duplicating those rules here, players should refer to the current Character Death (PK / TPK / CK) section of the GTAHUB | English Rules:
Server Rules
Generally, no. Your characters are separate and their money, possessions and other IC assets must remain separate. You may not use multiple characters to move money, property, items or advantages between them. There is no system for transferring or selling normal vehicles to another player or character.
HubCoin vehicles are the exception. A HubCoin vehicle can be transferred to another character on your own account for a cost of 800 HubCoins.
To transfer a HubCoin vehicle, type /config in chat and select Transfer Vehicle.
Alternatively:
TAB → Profile → Options → Transfer Vehicle
You cannot use property key sharing to give your other characters access to properties or apartments owned by one of your characters.
Residential properties also cannot be transferred between characters or anyone else through the system. Residential properties can instead be sold or rented through the property auction system.
Most account and character settings can be accessed through your Profile:
TAB → Profile
Many settings can also be accessed quickly by typing /config in chat.
Your account notifications can be found through:
TAB → Profile → Scroll Down
or type /notif
Certifications are short tests used to unlock access to certain GTAHUB systems, features or activities.
They can be found through:
TAB → Profile → Certifications
Some systems may require you to successfully complete the relevant Certification before you can use them.
GTAHUB currently has the following Certifications:
Completing a Certification gives access to the relevant system. It does not remove the requirement to follow server rules, roleplay standards or any additional restrictions that apply to that activity. Some Certifications may have additional uses beyond those listed above.
If you have a general question about GTAHUB, you can type /questions in chat.
Questions sent through /questions are visible to everyone on the server, allowing other players and Helpers to respond if they know the answer.
If you need assistance directly from Support Staff, use:
F9 → Request Support
Alternatively, press Alt + C.
Use /questions for general information. Use Support for issues that require Staff assistance.
Yes. If you do not want to see the in-game Questions channel, you can disable it by typing /config in chat and selecting Show Questions.
TAB → Profile → Options → Show Questions
If you submit a question through /questions, the Questions channel will automatically become visible again so you can see any responses.
No. If you were unable to collect a reward because you did not have enough inventory space, it will be stored in your Reward Stash.
You can access these through:
TAB → Profile → Stash
From there, you can view and claim any rewards waiting to be collected.
The Referral System rewards you for inviting friends to play GTAHUB.
You can access it through:
TAB → Profile → Referrals
When a new player creates their character, they can enter your unique #HASH as their referrer.
The referred player receives a $5,000 bank bonus, with additional rewards available as they progress. As their referral progress bar increases, you will earn HubTokens, which can be spent in the Referral Store on exclusive rewards. You can view your HASH in TAB → Profile Referral progress can be increased through normal activity, including:
Playing together can also increase referral progress faster for some activities.
HubTokens can be spent through the Store within the Referrals menu on a range of rewards, including money, items, clothing and other exclusive rewards.
GTAHUB provides Graphic Settings that can help improve performance by adjusting how players, vehicles and other elements are rendered.
You can access these settings by typing /config in chat and selecting Graphic Settings.
TAB → Profile → Options → Graphic Settings
These options may be useful if you are experiencing low FPS or performance issues, particularly on lower-spec computers.
Be aware that reducing certain rendering settings may cause players or vehicles to appear only when they are closer to you.
Organizations allow groups of players to build and develop something together within GTAHUB.
They can represent many different types of groups, including legal organizations, criminal groups, gangs, motorcycle clubs, and other player-created concepts.
Organizations can progress through the GTAHUB Organization system as they develop their activity, membership and presence within the community.
More information about the Organization system can be found on our Forum
Organizations are divided into Legal Enterprises and Illegal Groups, with different organization types available for each.
To create one, open:
TAB → Organizations
Then select Enterprises for a legal Organization or Groups for an illegal Organization.
Once you meet the requirements, select the type of Organization you want to create and follow the on-screen steps.
New Organizations begin as Unranked and can then progress through the Organization system.
Organizations progress through the following stages:
Unranked → Rank 1 → Rank 2 → Rank 3 → Rank 4 → Rank 5 → Official
Progression is mainly based on Contributions, which build the Organization's Reputation during each 6-day ranking period.
Contributions can come from:
As an Organization progresses, it may unlock:
Progression is not based on Reputation alone. Organizations may also need to meet requirements related to age, membership, finances, properties, sanctions, time spent at their current rank, and ranking position.
Current requirements can be viewed in-game through:
TAB → Organizations → Restrictions
Always use the in-game Restrictions page for the current requirements, as these may change as the Organization system develops.ferently from normal ranking progression. Organisations seeking Official status must meet additional standards and requirements before being approved by the Administration.
An Official Organization is an established player-run Organization that has reached the highest status within the GTAHUB Organisation system.
Reaching Official recognizes the activity, consistency and contribution an Organisation has demonstrated within the server. It also comes with greater responsibilities and higher expectations.
Official Organizations are expected to maintain a consistent presence, create quality roleplay, interact with the wider community and other Organizations, keep their forum and Discord presence active and demonstrate creativity and initiative beyond simply completing system activities.
Official status should be viewed as an ongoing standard to maintain, not simply a rank to unlock.
Organizations progress through the normal ranking system towards Official status.
To reach and maintain Official, an Organization must satisfy the applicable system requirements,
Current system requirements can be viewed through:
Reaching the required system position alone does not remove the wider expectations of Official status. Organizations are expected to demonstrate genuine activity, quality roleplay, community interaction, consistency and appropriate leadership and conduct.
Official Organizations remain subject to oversight from Organizations Staff, including specific requirements relating to senior leadership positions.
Because system requirements can change, always use the in-game Restrictions page for the current mechanical requirements.
You can browse existing legal and illegal organizations in-game through:
TAB → Organizations, From there:
Select Enterprises to view legal Organizations and businesses.
Select Groups to view illegal Organizations.
Alternatively you can go to the GTAHUB Organizations Forum by clicking here.
You can also discover Organizations naturally through recruitment, advertisements, events and in-character interactions within the server.
Existing organizations regularly recruit new members, and joining one can be a good way to meet other players, develop your character and become involved in longer-term roleplay.
Keep in mind, you must join organizations naturally through in-character interactions within the server, not pre-arranged OOC settings.
Government Organizations are player-run organizations responsible for public services and institutions within the GTAHUB world.
These can include law enforcement, emergency services, courts and other government agencies.
Each Government Organization manages its own recruitment process and requirements, so applications are made directly to the organization you are interested in joining.
Government Organizations are separate from the normal Organization ranking system and do not compete through the standard Organization leaderboard.
Government Org Announcements can be viewed in our Discord
GTAHUB has a range of Government Organizations covering different areas of public service and roleplay.
The organizations operating on GTAHUB | English may change as the server develops, so rather than maintaining a list here that may become outdated, you can find the current organizations, recruitment information and relevant guides here:
GOV Applications
Yes. You do not need an Organization to start creating roleplay with other players.
If you and several other players want to create a crew, social group, club, business concept or another shared storyline, you can begin developing that through roleplay without waiting for a particular Organization rank or recognition from Staff.
The Organization system exists to support groups as they develop. It should not prevent players from creating characters, relationships, stories, or group concepts through normal roleplay.
As your group develops, you can decide whether formally creating an Organization makes sense for what you're building.
If you need assistance from GTAHUB Support Staff, you can request help directly in-game.
Press:
Alternatively, you can press Alt + C to open the same Support interface.
Use Support for issues that require Staff assistance and cannot be resolved through the /questions channel.
When submitting a Support Request, explain the issue clearly so Staff can assist you as efficiently as possible.
If you believe another player has broken the server rules, you can submit a report through the Support system.
To use this in-game, press:
F9 → Request Support → I want to report someone
Then select the rule-break category that best matches the situation and follow the prompts to submit your report.
Where reasonably possible, continue the roleplay scene rather than disrupting it to argue about a potential rule-break. The situation can then be dealt with through the report system afterwards.
When submitting a report, explain what happened clearly and provide any relevant screenshots, video clips or other evidence where available.
Appeals are submitted through the web version of the GTAHUB Support System:
GTAHUB Support
Once logged in, select:
Request Support → Appeals
Then choose the type of appeal that applies to you:
Before submitting an appeal, make sure you read the information and requirements shown within the Appeals section.
Appeals can take time to review depending on the circumstances and complexity of the case. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a sanction, block or ban will be removed.

Disclaimer: FiveM / Cfx.re platform bans are handled by FiveM / Cfx.re and are not controlled by GTAHUB..

Bug Reports
You can also access the bug reporting system directly in-game through:
F9 → Bug Report
If a bug has directly affected your character or their belongings, use:
F9 → Character Bugs
From there, select the category that best matches your issue:
When reporting a bug, explain what happened clearly and provide any relevant screenshots or video evidence where available.

Roleplay on GTAHUB | English should be grounded in what your character can see, hear, know, survive and reasonably do.
The standard is not 'perfect' realism. The standard is believable roleplay that respects the scene, gives other players something to work with and allows actions to carry consequences.
Creating an incredibly immersive roleplay server doesn't come from rules alone. It comes from how we treat our characters, the information they know, the consequences of their actions and the players we're sharing a scene with.
As we continue expanding, we're asking everyone to keep their roleplay standards high and help create a world that feels alive, consistent and immersive.
GTA and FiveM may allow your character to do things that do not make sense in the situation.
Just because the game engine allows an action does not automatically make it appropriate roleplay.
Players are expected to apply reasonable judgement based on the scene, their character and the consequences involved.
Until you meet someone, they are represented by their unique #HASH. After a handshake, you will see their character name.
The handshake system reveals a character's name mechanically, but this shouldn't replace natural introductions and character interaction where appropriate.
Masks hide direct identity confirmation and the #HASH returns for a reason. Do not automatically bypass this with "I recognise their clothes" or "I know their voice."
A familiar voice, vehicle, clothing style, behaviour, location or prior context may give your character reasonable suspicion. Suspicion is not confirmation.
For greater immersion, press F7 to hide player names and hashes entirely. Some players choose to rely only on what their character can see, hear and learn naturally.
Only act on information your character could reasonably know.
Example: Seeing another player's location on a stream, learning something through Discord, discovering information while playing on/as another character or from forums, reports or staff discussions, does not mean your current character knows it.
Ask yourself: "How did this character learn this information IC?"
If there is not a reasonable IC answer, they probably do not.
Normal voice and text chat are IC by default. Don't suddenly use voice chat to speak OOC because something went wrong, you disagree with another player or need to discuss a game mechanic. Use /b when genuinely necessary.
/b is for necessary OOC doubts, questions and clarification only. Do not use it for casual conversation, jokes, commentary, complaints or arguments about the scene.
If a rule issue happens during roleplay, continue the scene where reasonably possible and use the correct support or report channels afterwards.
Unnecessary OOC discussion should stay out of active scenes so the roleplay can continue without disruption.
Minor bumps do not need to become long medical scenes. Serious injuries, high-speed crashes, major collisions, shootings, stabbings, explosions and major falls should have visible roleplay consequences.
Active combat does not require players to stop and type long /me or /do descriptions. However, serious injuries should still affect the scene once there is a reasonable opportunity to acknowledge them.
If your character survives mechanically, that does not mean the injury or accident should be ignored in roleplay.
Don't rush every interaction towards its mechanical outcome.
Traffic stops, arrests, medical treatment, disputes, investigations and even failures can create some of the best roleplay when players give the situation time to develop.
Getting arrested, being outsmarted, having a plan fail, losing a confrontation or facing consequences doesn't mean you've lost at roleplay.
Sometimes accepting a setback creates an entirely new story.
Don't measure every interaction by whether your character won. Think about whether everyone involved walked away with a good scene.
Roleplay is collaborative. React to what other characters give you, leave opportunities for them to influence the scene and avoid trying to control every outcome yourself.
Your character doesn't always need to be the most powerful, knowledgeable or successful person in the room.
Law enforcement, emergency services, Weazel, businesses, legal organisations and factions are made up of players creating roleplay too.
These organisations should not be treated only as mechanical services, menus, obstacles, revive systems, advertising tools or scripted endpoints.
A police interaction is not always just enforcement. An EMS call is not always just revival. A Weazel interaction is not always just an advertisement. A business interaction is not always just a transaction.
Traffic stops, reports, medical calls, investigations, interviews, public services, business deals and faction interactions can all create meaningful roleplay when players treat them as part of the world.
Treat interactions with player-run organisations as roleplay opportunities, not just systems to use, avoid or get through.
The absence of other players doesn't mean the world around your character stops existing.
Los Santos should be treated as an inhabited city. Hospitals, police stations, government buildings, businesses and busy public areas don't become empty simply because no other players are currently rendered nearby.
High-quality RP doesn't mean forcing text commands into every interaction.
If the game already represents an action clearly, let it. You don't need to type /me opens the door while visibly opening a door. Use /me and /do to communicate details, actions or information that the game itself cannot properly portray.
/me opens the door
They should enhance roleplay, not unnecessarily slow it down.
/me describes actions or details your character performs that cannot be properly represented by the game.
/me adjusts the bandage around his forearm, wincing slightly as he tightens it.
/do is used to provide or request information about a character, action, object or environment that cannot be properly represented by the game.
/do Would there be any visible injuries on his arms?
/do Yes, several fresh cuts would be visible along his left forearm.
Give your character a believable personality, background, motivations, strengths and weaknesses. You don't need an extensive biography, but you should understand who your character is.
Your character's behaviour should remain reasonably consistent with the person you've established through roleplay.
Characters can develop and change, but significant changes should normally happen through experiences and roleplay rather than whenever it becomes convenient.
Avoid treating your character as fearless, all-knowing or capable of everything. Flaws, limitations and mistakes often create better stories.
Valuing your character's life isn't simply about complying whenever a weapon appears. It's about making believable decisions based on the danger, circumstances and your character.
Your character should generally value their life, safety and freedom. Being involved in crime, policing, the military or other dangerous situations does not make somebody fearless.
Consider what your character realistically stands to lose when responding to weapons, serious threats, dangerous situations, arrest or other consequences.
This does not mean your character must always surrender or avoid danger. Their response should make sense based on the circumstances, their character and the situation developing around them.
You don't need to type /me for every movement, turn every conversation into a 30-minute scene or make simple actions unnecessarily difficult.
Often, good roleplay is simply recognising what your character would realistically know, reacting appropriately to what happens around you and giving other players the opportunity to contribute.
We're not asking you to make roleplay harder. We're asking everyone to help make the world more believable.
Play your character based on what they know, not what you know.
