  • Logan Voight
    • NOMBRE COMPLETO: Logan Voight.

    • EDAD: 24 años.

    • LUGAR DE NACIMIENTO: Buffalo, New York.

    • NACIONALIDAD: Estado unidense

    • SEXO: Hombre

    • PADRES

    SERVER RULES 3/3

Roleplay Concepts & GTAHUB - EN Rules

    14. PROPERTY DESTRUCTION

Property Destruction is the intentional damage or destruction of another player's property as part of roleplay.

Because property destruction may permanently affect another player's assets or progression, it is subject to additional restrictions to ensure fair and meaningful roleplay.

    📌 General Rules & Expectations

    • This rule only applies to properties (e.g., apartments, houses, and/or businesses).
    • All property destruction must be agreed upon by both parties.
    • The affected player must explicitly agree to have their property destroyed as part of a roleplay scenario.
    • Without this agreement, no destruction is valid, even if the roleplay has appropriate context, escalation, and justification.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Forcing a property destruction without OOC or IC consent.
    • Repeatedly targeting another player's vehicles to harass or grief.
    • Destroying vehicles in public areas with no RP justification or context.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Vehicle Destruction

You may only destroy another player's vehicle without their consent if:

    • The roleplay is justified, realistic, and documented (e.g., video, screenshots)
    • The destruction is part of an escalating conflict (e.g., gang wars, revenge, turf disputes).
    • You follow the escalation and use of force rules.

    ⚠️ Notes

Unlike properties, vehicles can be destroyed without OOC consent, but the RP must be reasonable and provable.

    Towing & Impounding

Players/Mechanics with towing or impounding permissions may not:

    • Destroy towed vehicles without proper Police or Staff involvement.
    • Use towing powers to seize vehicles without legal justification, arrest, or permission from the owner.
    • Impound vehicles from private garages or homes without a warrant or approval.

    Property Destruction

Permanent destruction of apartments, houses, or businesses requires:

    • The owner's explicit OOC consent.
    • A mutually agreed roleplay storyline.
    • Believable roleplay leading to the destruction.

Without the owner's OOC consent, permanent property destruction is not permitted.

    ⚠️ Notes

Property destruction should always create meaningful roleplay rather than simply inconvenience another player.

Staff may assess the planning, escalation, evidence, and overall context of the roleplay when determining whether property destruction was carried out appropriately.

    14.1 PROPERTY BUILDING & CUSTOMISATION

Property Building & Customisation allows players to personalise and furnish their homes, businesses, and other owned properties.

All customisations should support realistic, immersive roleplay and reflect the intended purpose of the property. Players may not use the building system to gain unfair gameplay advantages or create immersion-breaking structures.

    📌 General Rules & Expectations

    • Use structure types appropriate to the role (e.g., clubs should look like clubs, not warehouses).
    • Avoid placing "decoration-only" objects that block movement or visibility.
    • Use realistic spacing, lighting, and scaling.

    📌 Customisation rules

    • Players can decorate and furnish their properties using the in-game editor and appropriately mapped furniture.
    • Any and all placed furniture and structures must be realistic, functional, and properly aligned.
    • The customisation must fit within the theme and purpose of the building (e.g., homes should look residential, shops should look commercial).

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Placing furniture or objects that:
    • Float in the air or clip through floors/walls.
    • Are hidden or inaccessible by normal means.
    • Obstruct doorways.
    • Creating obscene, offensive, or troll structures (e.g., inappropriate imagery, impossible mazes, invisible walls).
    • Using building bugs or exploits to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., shooting through invisible walls, hiding items in unreachable areas).
    • Storing illegal items behind unremovable or deceptive props

    ✅ Use of Properties

    • Properties should be used in line with their function. For example:
    • Luxury homes should not be used as trap houses (storage of, or facilitation for criminal activity)
    • Shops should be visually accessible to customers.
    • Bars or clubs should have realistic seating, storage, and layout.
    • Overcrowded interiors, nonsensical decorations, or "meta builds" (built solely for advantage, not immersion) are discouraged.

    ⚠️ Notes

Any abuse of the customisation system is considered system abuse, and may result in a permanent ban.

14.2 VEHICLE USE AND PROPERTY ROLEPLAY

Vehicles should be used in a manner that is realistic, appropriate for the character, and consistent with the roleplay environment.

Vehicle choice, parking, storage, and operation should support immersive roleplay and must not be used to gain an unfair advantage or undermine the server's realism.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not use vehicles that are clearly inappropriate for their character or roleplay without believable justification.
    • Players may not use luxury or exotic vehicles for criminal activity where it would be unrealistic for the roleplay.
    • Players may not repeatedly use vehicles to provoke, troll, intimidate, or deliberately confuse other players.
    • Players may not intentionally leave vehicles in locations that obstruct roleplay or prevent reasonable access.
    • Players may not use vehicles in a manner that breaches other server rules, including Powergaming (PG) or Anti-Roleplay Attitude.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Vehicle Use

Vehicles should reflect the character, organisation, occupation, and situation they are being used in.

Vehicles should be parked, stored, and used in locations that are appropriate for the surrounding roleplay.

    Aircraft must

    • Be parked at designated airports or helipads when not in use.
    • Only land in suitable locations where it is reasonable to do so.

    Aircraft may not

    • Land on rooftops, public roads, or other unsuitable locations without believable roleplay justification.
    • Fly at low altitude over active roleplay scenes without legitimate reason.
    • Be used to support criminal activity where doing so would be unrealistic or inconsistent with server rules.

    ⚠️ Notes

Vehicles should enhance roleplay rather than provide an unrealistic advantage.

Staff may consider the vehicle chosen, the surrounding environment, and the overall roleplay context when determining whether vehicle use was appropriate.

14.3 RESALE OF PROPERTIES & ACTIVITY

Properties are a limited resource intended to support active, long-term roleplay. Players should only purchase properties they genuinely intend to use.

Buying properties solely to hold, speculate on, or resell for profit undermines fair access for the wider community.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Selling a property to another player for more than 100% of its original purchase price.
    • Purchasing properties solely to resell them for profit.
    • Using alternate characters to purchase, hold, or resell properties.
    • Circumventing the maximum resale value through separate payments, item exchanges, or any other indirect arrangement.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Properties may:

    • Be sold to another player for up to their original purchase price.
    • Be sold back to the server where supported by server mechanics.
    • Be purchased and used as part of legitimate, ongoing roleplay.

For example, a property purchased from the server for $1,000,000 may not be sold to another player for more than $1,000,000, regardless of any separate agreements or compensation.

    Activity Requirements

Properties are automatically monitored for owner activity.

    • Properties are removed after 60 days of owner inactivity.
    • Activity must come from the property's owner. Shared keyholders do not count towards activity.
    • Owners averaging less than 1 hour of activity per week may receive a warning before the property is placed on the inactivity list and eventually repossessed.

    ⚠️ Notes

Property ownership is intended to reward active players who contribute to the roleplay environment.

Regular activity helps ensure that limited properties remain available to players who will actively use them.

    15. RULES FOR ORGANIZATIONS [UPDATED]

Organizations play a significant role in shaping the server's economy, conflicts, and player-driven stories.

Members and leaders are expected to uphold high standards of roleplay, promote meaningful interactions, and contribute positively to the wider community. Organizations should enrich the roleplay environment rather than dominate or exploit it.

    ⚠️ Notes

Organizations have significant power and impact on the server, community, and stories that develop. These rules ensure they use it to enrich roleplay, rather than dominate or exploit the environment.

    🚫 Prohibited

    Organization Management

    • Acquiring companies or businesses solely to increase vehicle, property, or storage capacity for personal use.
    • Leaving an Organization whilst actively involved in a Staff report where the Organization forms part of the investigation.
    • Stockpiling Organization resources indefinitely without a legitimate roleplay purpose.
    • Hoarding Organization resources or assets for personal or speculative use.

    Alliance Restrictions

    • Organizations may only maintain one active alliance with another Organization.
    • Alliances are exclusive. If Organization A is allied with Organization B, neither Organization may form, join, or accept another alliance.
    • Organization C may not ally with either Organization A or B whilst that alliance remains active.
    • Two Official Organizations may not form an alliance under any circumstances.

    Organization Resources & Assets

    • Items obtained through Organization-exclusive systems (e.g. Krapea, Business Dealership, Special Catalogues) must remain within that Organization.
    • Organization-exclusive items may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to other Organizations or individual characters.
    • Vehicles, properties, and weapons obtained through Organization systems must remain within the Organization unless otherwise permitted by server mechanics.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Organization Responsibilities

Organizations are subject to all server rules in the same manner as individual players.

    Organization leaders are expected to:

    • Educate members on GTAHUB's rules and expectations.
    • Lead by example.
    • Maintain appropriate standards of roleplay.
    • Ensure members leaving the Organization do so through believable roleplay that reflects the end of their relationship with the Organization.

Organizations that receive 3 Staff Warnings (Strikes) may be subject to disbandment.

    Alliances

For the purpose of this rule, an alliance is any arrangement, whether formal or informal, where two or more Organizations coordinate their actions in a way that affects conflict, competition, or server systems.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Assisting each other during combat, attacks, shootouts, or hostile roleplay.
    • Providing backup, protection, manpower, money, or other resources during conflicts.
    • Coordinating control of system zones, graffiti points, businesses, criminal systems, or other server mechanics.
    • Agreeing to non-aggression, shared territory, shared control, rotating control, or other arrangements for mutual benefit.
    • Acting together in a way that effectively causes two Organizations to function as one combined force.

Renaming an alliance as a partnership, pact, agreement, business arrangement, protection deal, informal understanding, or any similar term does not bypass this rule if the relationship functions as an alliance.

    Passive Alliance

Organizations cooperate by avoiding conflict or protecting one another.

    Aggressive Alliance

Organizations cooperate by actively fighting together or coordinating hostile actions.

Organizations may socialise, attend events, or interact with one another without automatically forming an alliance. However, recurring cooperation that creates an unfair competitive advantage may be considered an alliance.

    ⚠️ Notes

Staff will assess alliances based on behaviour rather than terminology.

Recurring cooperation, shared objectives, coordinated activity, or consistent avoidance of conflict may be treated as an alliance regardless of whether a formal agreement exists.

Organization-exclusive resources are intended to benefit the Organization that earned them and should not be used for personal gain outside of that Organization.

    alt text

    15.1 RULES FOR OFFICIAL ORGANIZATIONS

Official Organizations are Organizations that have been granted official status by GTAHUB Staff in recognition of their roleplay quality, leadership, activity, and contribution to the server.

Official status is a privilege, not a right. With it comes exclusive resources, opportunities, and a higher standard of responsibility.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Stockpiling Official Organization-exclusive items or resources for personal use.
    • Leaders or sub-leaders of an Official Organization may not simultaneously hold leadership positions within another Organization.
    • Misusing Official Organization-exclusive systems, resources, or privileges for personal gain.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Official Status

Official Organizations may receive access to:

    • Exclusive items and resources.
    • Organization-exclusive missions and systems.
    • The ability to trade or distribute restricted goods through approved roleplay.

In return, Official Organizations are expected to:

    • Maintain a high standard of immersive roleplay.
    • Promote meaningful server-wide roleplay.
    • Support creative interactions with new and existing Organizations.
    • Maintain effective leadership and internal discipline.

Official status belongs to the Organization, not its individual leaders.

If a leader resigns or is removed, Staff may review the Organization before confirming its continued Official status.

Organizations that become inactive or repeatedly breach server rules may lose their Official status, with or without prior warning.

    ⚠️ Notes

Official Organizations are expected to lead by example and set the standard for high-quality roleplay within the community.

Holding Official status does not exempt an Organization or its members from any other server rules.

    alt text

    16. GRAFFITI ZONE

Graffiti Zones are designated conflict areas where Illegal Organizations compete for control of territory through server activities.

Whilst these areas are intended to encourage conflict, they are not deathmatch zones. All participants remain subject to the server's roleplay, escalation, and combat rules. (See Rule 7.1 Deathmatch).

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Using firearms during a Graffiti Zone activity.
    • Attending a Graffiti Zone with pets.
    • Attending a Graffiti Zone wearing clothing or using vehicles that are clearly inappropriate for the activity (e.g. formal business attire or supercars).
    • Using healing items or consumables immediately before or during the activity, including:
      • Medical Kits
      • Bandages
      • Painkillers
      • Drugs
      • Food and drink buffs

    ✅ Clarifications

Only melee weapons may be used during Graffiti Zone activities, including:

    • Fists
    • Baseball bats
    • Axes
    • Knives
    • Other approved melee weapons

Leaving the designated Graffiti Zone or entering a vehicle is considered leaving the activity. Players who do so may not rejoin that instance of the conflict.

All escalation requirements remain in effect. Initiating violence without valid roleplay escalation may still constitute Deathmatch (DM) or Powergaming (PG).

    ⚠️ Notes

Graffiti Zones are intended to create structured, competitive roleplay between participating Organizations.

Participation in a Graffiti Zone does not exempt players from any other applicable server rules.

    16.1 ZONE CONTROL [NEW]

Zone Control is a structured territorial conflict in which Organizations, Groups, and Motor Clubs compete for control of a designated area.

Aggressive roleplay is only permitted between active participants and only within the designated Zone Control area. Once a player leaves the zone, or the activity ends, the conflict must also end unless it naturally develops into a separate roleplay scenario.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Forming alliances between Organizations during Zone Control activities.
    • Leaving the designated Zone Control area or entering a vehicle during the activity. Players who do so are considered to have withdrawn and may not re-enter or participate in the dispute.
    • Using vehicles as weapons against participants.
    • Continuing to attack players who have already left the designated Zone Control area.
    • Bringing pets into the Zone Control area.
    • Using healing items or consumables before or during the activity, including:
      • Bandages
      • Painkillers
      • Medical Kits
      • Drugs
      • Food and drink buffs

    ✅ Clarifications

Zone Control is designed as a structured Organization-versus-Organization activity.

Participants are expected to remain within the designated boundaries for the duration of the event.

Leaving the area voluntarily is considered withdrawing from the activity and forfeits the right to rejoin that instance.

All other server rules, including Deathmatch (DM), Powergaming (PG), Valuing Life (VL), and Anti-Roleplay (Anti-RP), remain fully applicable throughout the activity.

    ⚠️ Notes

Zone Control areas are considered Danger Zones.

Law Enforcement will not normally respond to incidents occurring within an active Zone Control area.

A Danger Zone is not a Red Zone. Participation does not exempt players from following the server's roleplay, escalation, or combat rules.

    alt text

    17. CHAT & COMMUNICATION

(CHAT RULES FOR VOICE AND TEXT)

All communication within GTAHUB, whether through voice or text chat, must support immersive roleplay, remain respectful, and comply with both the Server Rules and Community Rules. Voice Chat is always considered In Character (IC) unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Staff.

    🚫 Prohibited

    Voice Communication

    • Speaking Out of Character (OOC) through voice chat without Staff approval.
    • Playing music, soundboards, or other audio through your microphone that disrupts roleplay.
    • Excessive shouting, microphone spam, or inappropriate noises without believable roleplay justification.

    Text Communication

    • Speaking languages other than English in public chat.
    • Using /b for anything other than brief Out of Character clarifications relating to the current roleplay scene. - Using /me or /do to force, dominate, or unfairly influence another player's roleplay.
    • Criticising, arguing, threatening reports, or engaging in disruptive Out of Character discussions during active roleplay.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Voice Chat

Voice chat represents your character's voice. Anything spoken over voice is considered In Character.

    Text Chat

'/me' should be used to describe your character's visible body language, actions and tone.

    Example:

    ”/do Would they resist?”

Your ‘/do’ reply would depend on the roleplay environment meaning, how your character could realistically resist in that moment.

    Additional Guidance

    • Only Staff may pause or stop an active roleplay scene.
    • Organization leaders are responsible for ensuring Organization OOC chats comply with the server rules.
    • Voice changers or modulators may be used only where they enhance believable roleplay and remain appropriate for the character being portrayed.

    ⚠️ Notes

Communication should always support immersion rather than disrupt it.

Repeated misuse of voice chat, /me, /do, or OOC communication may be treated as Roleplay Abuse or Anti-Roleplay behaviour, depending on the circumstances.

    17.1 MUSIC EQUIPMENT

Music equipment may be used to enhance roleplay where it is appropriate to the setting and does not disrupt other players.

Music should contribute to the atmosphere of a roleplay scenario, not interfere with ongoing roleplay or the wider community. (see Rule 9.)

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Playing music in Safe Zones or other high-traffic public areas where it may disrupt other players.
    • Playing obscene, offensive, or inappropriate music in public.
    • Playing music during active criminal activities, combat, or other situations where it would be unrealistic.
    • Using music equipment owned by another player without their permission.
    • Disrupting organised events through the misuse of music equipment.

    ✅ Clarifications

Music may be used appropriately in situations such as:

    • Private properties.
    • Organised events.
    • Parties or social gatherings.
    • Within vehicles during casual roleplay.

The volume and content of music should always be appropriate to the surrounding roleplay and those nearby.

    ⚠️ Notes

Music is intended to enhance immersive roleplay, not distract from it. Misusing music equipment during organised events or repeatedly disrupting other players may result in more severe administrative action.

    alt text

    18. BLOCKING GTAHUB SYSTEMS

GTAHUB systems are intended to be accessible to all players.

Players may not deliberately interfere with, obstruct, or prevent others from using server systems, NPCs, businesses, mission locations, or other interactive features in a way that disrupts roleplay, gameplay, or the server economy.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Blocking or camping NPCs to prevent other players from interacting with them.
    • Blocking or camping mission locations or activity start points.
    • Blocking access to workshops, businesses, stores, or their interiors.
    • Claiming ownership or exclusive control of public server systems.
    • Deliberately obstructing garages, depots, parking spaces, or vehicle spawn locations.
    • Using vehicles, objects, or player positioning to prevent reasonable access to any GTAHUB system.

    ✅ Clarifications

Temporary congestion caused by normal roleplay, traffic, or player activity will not normally be considered a rule violation.

Players should make reasonable efforts to avoid obstructing server systems where doing so would prevent others from accessing or using them.

Roleplay that naturally forms around a public location is permitted, provided it does not intentionally deny access to server systems or create an unfair advantage.

    ⚠️ Notes

Blocking GTAHUB systems undermines fair gameplay and the roleplay experience for other players.

Staff will consider the duration, intent, and overall impact of the obstruction when determining whether this rule has been breached.

  • RE: [RULES] RP SERVER

    SERVER RULES 2/3

Roleplay Concepts & GTAHUB - EN Rules

    8. KILL MECHANICS & CHARACTER CONSEQUENCES

    8.1 Player Kill (PK)

Player Kill (PK) occurs when a character is incapacitated or killed during roleplay but is not permanently removed from the world.

A PK results in short-term memory loss relating to the events immediately leading up to the incident. In-character, this is assumed to be the result of severe injuries requiring hospital treatment.

A PK affects only the character who was killed.

    ⚠️ PK Effects

    Following a PK:

    • Your character forgets everything that happened leading up to the character's visit to the hospital.
    • You cannot seek revenge, continue the RP storyline, or reference it in any way.
    • You may not return to the location of the conflict to interfere or "check in" after the fact.
    • You must RP hospital treatment and recovery from the injuries sustained.

    ✅ Clarifications

A PK only affects the character who was killed. Other surviving characters may remember the events and continue roleplay accordingly.

A PK removes the character's memory of the incident itself, but does not erase wider ongoing conflicts, rivalries, or organisation relationships that existed before the incident.

Players may not remind, coach, or otherwise restore another player's lost memories through OOC communication or unrealistic roleplay.

If an Organisation wishes to reintroduce a PK'd character into an ongoing conflict, it must happen naturally through roleplay (e.g. rumours, investigation, briefings, or other believable in-character methods).

    ❌ Invalid PK Scenarios

A PK is not considered valid where:

    • The death resulted from a rule violation (e.g. Deathmatch).
    • The player died whilst a current roleplay scene was being handled incorrectly or in breach of the server rules.
    • The player was successfully revived before being sent to hospital (e.g. by LSES, certified first aid providers, or other approved medical treatment).

    ⚠️ Notes

Receiving a PK prevents a player from immediately returning to the same roleplay scene, but it does not automatically remove them from wider conflicts between Organisations. Only the events immediately leading to the PK are forgotten.

For Law Enforcement Agencies (LSPD, LSSD and LSAF), a PK should be roleplayed as another officer of equivalent rank assuming the duties of the injured officer where appropriate.

    8.2 TOTAL PLAYERKILL (TPK)

Total Player Kill (TPK) is the permanent conclusion of a character's story through roleplay.

Unlike a Player Kill (PK), a TPK permanently ends a character's involvement in ongoing conflicts, organisations, relationships, and storylines. Following a TPK, the character is considered permanently deceased and may no longer participate in roleplay.

A TPK should represent a significant and meaningful conclusion to a character's journey and must never be used as a shortcut to resolve roleplay.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Performing a TPK during system activities (e.g., graffiti wars, MC missions, trafficking, etc.)
    • Performing a TPK in public roads or safe zones (e.g., areas with potential witnesses or authorities).
    • Using TPK's as an easy way out of a conflict or to gain a quick advantage.
    • Players may not carry out TPK to evade conflicts attributable to other Organizations or characters.

    ✅ Valid TPK Requirements

A TPK is only considered valid where:

    • There is deep and prolonged roleplay that justifies the permanent kill.
    • There is a well developed storyline with investigation, betrayal, or critical escalation.
    • It occurs in a fitting location, not in public spaces or as a convenient shortcut.
    • The players involved follow all escalation and documentation requirements.

    📋 TPK Requirements

    Before carrying out a TPK:

    • Staff approval must be obtained through an F9 Support Ticket.
    • Players must use /b to declare the TPK, including the date, time, and reason.
    • Players must be able to demonstrate sufficient in-character roleplay leading to the event.
    • Players must retain appropriate evidence (e.g. video or screenshots) of the roleplay leading to the TPK.

    ✅ Character Consequences

    Following a TPK:

    • The character permanently forgets all memories, relationships, affiliations, and conflicts connected to their previous life.
    • Players may not remind, coach, or otherwise restore the memories of a TPK'd character through Out of Character communication or unrealistic roleplay.
    • A TPK'd character is considered a completely new character for the purposes of future roleplay.

    ⚠️ Notes

A TPK should always represent the natural conclusion of a character's story rather than a convenient method of ending roleplay.

Where a Rank 9 or Rank 10 member of an Organisation is TPK'd, the TPK will normally be considered the conclusion of the conflict between the Organisations involved, unless otherwise determined by Staff.

    alt text

    8.3 REVENGEKILL (RK)

Revenge Kill (RK) occurs when a player seeks revenge or retaliation against another player for the death of their own character.

A Revenge Kill is prohibited because a Player Kill (PK) results in the character losing memory of the events immediately leading to their death. A character cannot seek revenge for events they no longer remember.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not seek revenge or retaliate against the player or players who killed their character, whether directly or indirectly.
    • Players may not return to the area of the incident for at least 30 minutes, or until the end of active roleplay by all other involved players. (Unless you're part of Law Enforcement. See exception below.)
    • Players may not use other characters on their account to interfere with or follow up on the same incident.
    • Players may not instruct others to retaliate on their own behalf.

    ✅ Clarifications

This rule only applies where a character has received a Player Kill (PK).

Characters who were injured but did not receive a PK (e.g. they were treated without being hospitalised) may continue roleplay normally once they have appropriately roleplayed their recovery.

A Revenge Kill restriction applies only to the character who received the PK. Other surviving players may continue roleplay based on what they personally witnessed.

    Law Enforcement Exception

LEOs are treated as a continuous operational resource.

Where an officer receives a PK whilst acting in the line of duty, another officer may respond following appropriate roleplay and hospital discharge. This should be roleplayed as a different officer of the same or similar rank, rather than the original officer returning to the scene.

This exception applies only to LEOs acting within the course of their official duties.

    alt text

    8.4 CHARACTERKILL (CK)

Character Kill is the permanent death of a player's character. If a CK is carried out, that character may no longer be used and must be considered deceased in the server's ongoing story. All character relationships, affiliations, and memories are permanently erased.

CK's are a serious roleplay consequence and should carry significant weight in the story and for the players involved in it.

    ⚠️ CK Consequences

    Following a CK, players must:

    • Permanently delete the character; or
    • Permanently rename the character through the character creation system. (/config)

A CK may also occur where:

    • A character undergoes a fundamental change in identity or role that breaks the continuity of their established roleplay (e.g. completely changing from a long-established legal character into an illegal one, or vice versa).
    • A character receives a life sentence following extensive investigation and roleplay with the appropriate authorities.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not force a CK upon another player without their explicit Out of Character (OOC) consent, unless authorised by Server Administration.
    • Players may not use a CK to avoid roleplay consequences, including debt, criminal charges, investigations, or other ongoing storylines.
    • Players may not create a new character intended to bypass CK consequences by claiming to be a relative, close friend, associate, or similar connection to the deceased character.

    ⚠️ Notes

Following a CK, the character is permanently removed from ongoing roleplay and may not rejoin any former Organisation or continue previous storylines.

    alt text

    9. SAFE ZONES

Safe Zones are designated locations where players are expected to feel reasonably safe from criminal activity and violent roleplay due to the presence of civilians, surveillance, or emergency services.

Players may not initiate criminal activity, violence, or intimidation within a Safe Zone, even where the intended target is located outside of it.

Safe Zones should be interpreted as areas where criminal behaviour would be unrealistic due to the surrounding environment.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not commit or initiate criminal activity within a Safe Zone.
    • Players may not initiate violence or hostile roleplay within a Safe Zone.
    • Players may not verbally bait, threaten, or provoke another player for the purpose of initiating conflict.
    • Players may not display weapons or commit robberies within a Safe Zone.
    • Players may not intentionally enter a Safe Zone to avoid the consequences of a crime or active roleplay.

    📍 Safe Zone Locations

The following locations are designated Safe Zones:

    • Apartment Towers (including lobbies, entrances, and parking areas).
    • Entrances to personal and company garage towers.
    • Office and Warehouse reception areas and parking.
    • Banks (excluding ATMs).
    • LSIA Airport.
    • Vehicle Dealerships.
    • Government Buildings, including:
      • Police Stations.
      • Fire Stations.
      • Hospitals.
      • Prison exterior areas.
      • City Hall.
    • Insurance Office.
    • Job Locations (e.g. Miner, Lumberjack, Garbage Collector, Truck Driver, Farmer, Fisher, etc.).
    • Arcades.
    • Publicly hosted events designated by Staff or players.

    ✅ Clarifications

The interiors of privately owned apartments, houses, and warehouses are not considered Safe Zones.

Active roleplay that began outside a Safe Zone may naturally continue into one where it is reasonable and unavoidable. However, players may not deliberately prolong, conclude, or escalate violent roleplay within a Safe Zone simply because the scene has reached it.

Safe Zones should always be interpreted as areas with a high level of public presence, surveillance, and emergency response. Actions such as carrying out an assassination or initiating a robbery in these locations will generally be considered unrealistic roleplay.

    ⚠️ Notes

Safe Zones exist to protect the quality and realism of roleplay, not to provide absolute immunity from ongoing scenarios. Staff will consider how the roleplay developed, whether the Safe Zone was entered naturally, and whether the players involved acted reasonably given the circumstances.

    9.1 SALES IN TOWERS

Certain Safe Zones, such as Apartment Towers and other high-traffic public buildings, are intended for social interaction and passive roleplay. They should not be used as public marketplaces or for persistent advertising, buying, or selling that disrupts the roleplay environment.

Players may not advertise, offer, or request the sale of illegal items or services, or use any misleading language to bypass this rule, within Safe Zones or their surroundings (e.g., tower entrances, lobbies, parking lot).

    🚫 Prohibited

Players may not advertise, offer, or request the sale of illegal items or services within Apartment Towers, Safe Zones, or their immediate surroundings.

Players may not use misleading language, codewords, or substitute terminology to disguise the advertisement or sale of illegal goods or services.

Players may not repeatedly advertise, shout, or broadcast the sale or purchase of any goods or services in public areas of Apartment Towers or other Safe Zones.

Players may not use Apartment Towers or other Safe Zones as public marketplaces or trading hubs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    Illegal Items

    • Drugs.
    • Weapons.
    • Blueprint/Plans.
    • Illegal crafting materials.

    Illegal Services

    • Black market work.
    • Contract killings.
    • Criminal assistance.
    • Organised crime recruitment.

    ✅ Clarifications

    Legal Sales

You may sell legal items in RP if done appropriately, such as:
    • Using classified ads, business storefronts, or IC message boards.
    • Discussing trade in private conversations, out of public earshot.
    • Hosting market stalls, yard sales or auctions.

    Illegal Sales

You may sell illegal items in RP if done appropriately, such as:
    • Done discreetly, in secluded areas (Alleys, backrooms, private properties, etc.)
    • Must involve developed RP and character interaction (e.g., IC contacts or zones of illegality)
    • Must avoid public spaces with high traffic or camera coverage

    ⚠️ Notes

Apartment Towers and other Safe Zones exist to encourage social interaction and passive roleplay. Repeatedly using these locations as trading hubs or marketplaces undermines their intended purpose and may result in administrative action.

    10. ADVERTISEMENTS (ADS)

The Advertisements (ADS) system is a public, in-character classifieds platform available to all players.

Advertisements are considered public communications that are monitored and subject to the laws and regulations of the city.

Only legal, realistic, and appropriate advertisements may be posted. Advertisements must not be used to promote, imply, or facilitate illegal activity.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Attempting to buy or sell illegal items, including;
    • Guns, drugs, blueprints, illegal crafting items
    • Requesting or offering illegal services:
    • Hitmen, criminal jobs, protection rackets, etc.
    • Seeking illegal individuals or groups for joining, gathering, or confrontations
    • Posting ads with double meanings or coded references
    • Buying or selling Hubcoins or Hubcoin items.

    ✅ Allowed

    • Promoting legal business services
    • Announcing city events (fairs, parties, legal gatherings)
    • Hiring or offering jobs that comply with city law
    • Selling legal goods

    ⚠️ Notes

If your ad appears to suggest illegal activity, or is using terms to mask such activity, even indirectly, it will be treated as a Rule violation.

"It was a joke" or "they should have interpreted it differently" is not a valid defense.

Repeated or aggressive ad spam (even for legal items) is prohibited.

The ad system is not a direct messaging platform, and messages sent through there to communicate with other players outside of an advertisement capacity, even if deleted immediately, is a violation.

    11. CHARACTER APPEARANCE

    (Previously: Character Customization)

Every character must be designed and dressed in a way that fits a realistic, immersive roleplay environment, appropriate to that character's personality, affiliations, history, etc.

A character's clothing, accessories, and overall presentation should support immersive roleplay and reflect the situation they are participating in. .

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not use clothing or character customisation that exploits visual bugs, causes body parts to disappear, or otherwise provides an unfair advantage.
    • Players may not wear clothing or accessories that are obscene, intentionally offensive, or clearly intended to troll or disrupt roleplay.
    • Players may not dress in a manner that is clearly inconsistent with their character or the roleplay scenario without believable roleplay justification.
    • Players may not use clothing combinations that significantly break immersion or are unrealistic for the server setting.

    ✅ Clarifications

Characters should dress appropriately for their occupation, organisation, social setting, and the roleplay they are participating in.

    Examples include:

    • Mechanics wearing appropriate work clothing whilst on duty.
    • Members of Illegal Organisations dress consistently with their organisation's identity.
    • Emergency Services wearing department-issued uniforms whilst on duty.
    • Characters wearing appropriate formal or casual clothing depending on the occasion.

    ⚠️ Notes

Staff may require players to modify their character's appearance where it is considered unrealistic, immersion-breaking, exploits game mechanics, or is otherwise unsuitable for the server environment.

Character appearance will always be assessed within the context of the roleplay rather than on clothing alone.

    12. OFFENSIVE ROLEPLAY

Offensive Roleplay refers to roleplay involving themes that may reasonably be considered disturbing, violent, sexual, or otherwise sensitive.

Such roleplay is only permitted where all participants have provided informed Out of Character (OOC) consent and the roleplay is conducted responsibly without negatively affecting uninvolved players or the wider roleplay environment.

    📌 Requirements

Offensive Roleplay may only take place where:

    • All participants have clearly given informed OOC consent before the roleplay begins.
    • Consent remains ongoing and may be withdrawn by any participant at any time.
    • The roleplay is conducted privately and does not involve or impact uninvolved players.
    • The roleplay remains realistic and appropriate for the server environment.
    • All participants are at least 18 years of age in real life.

    ⚠️ Examples of Offensive Roleplay

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Sexual acts or explicit sexual content.
    • Torture or mutilation.
    • Graphic descriptions of severe injuries or dismemberment.
    • Psychological or sexual intimidation.
    • Harassment or stalking involving sexual themes.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not engage in Offensive Roleplay without the informed consent of every participant.
    • Players may not force another player into Offensive Roleplay.
    • Players may not conduct Offensive Roleplay in public areas or where uninvolved players may reasonably witness or be affected by it.
    • Players may not use Offensive Roleplay for trolling, harassment, humiliation, or to intentionally make other players uncomfortable.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

    • Cannibalism.
    • Necrophilia.
    • Pedophilia.
    • Zoophilia.

    ⚠️ Notes

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. If any participant withdraws consent, the roleplay must stop immediately.

Staff may intervene where Offensive Roleplay is considered excessive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community, even where consent has been given.

    13. ROBBERIES

Robbery is the act of using force, intimidation, or coercion to unlawfully obtain money, property, or valuables from another player.

Robberies are considered high-impact roleplay and must be planned, appropriately escalated, and carried out in believable locations with meaningful roleplay.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not rob more than $9,000 from the same person or group within a 24-hour period.
    • Players may not conduct robberies in public spaces, high-traffic areas, Safe Zones, or near Government Buildings.
    • Players may not rob players below Level 5.
    • Players below Level 5 may not participate in robberies.
    • Players may not rob another player whilst they are actively performing a legal job (e.g. Trucker, Lumberjack, Miner, Taxi Driver, Mechanic).
    • Players may not rob legal or illegal items that are stored in properties, vehicle trunks, on the ground, or within another player's inventory, unless otherwise permitted by server mechanics. - Players may not ram another player or their vehicle solely to initiate a robbery.
    • Players may not use rented land or sea vehicles during robberies of businesses or establishments.
    • Players may not repeatedly target the same block, neighbourhood, or environmental area for robberies.

    ✅ Clarifications

Robberies should take place in secluded or otherwise believable locations that provide a realistic opportunity for the interaction to occur.

Robberies may only be performed through the interaction "Rob" menu (R button by default).

Players initiating a robbery must be members of an Illegal Organisation.

All participants involved in a robbery, including aggressors and victims, must be Level 5 or above.

    ⚠️ Notes

Robberies should create meaningful roleplay rather than simply serving as a method of obtaining money or items.

Staff may consider the planning, escalation, location, and overall quality of the roleplay when assessing whether a robbery was conducted appropriately.

(Use /id #HASH to see a players level)

    13.1 SCAMS

Scamming is the act of deceiving another player into voluntarily handing over money, property, or items through manipulation or false representation, without the use of force or intimidation.

Unlike robberies, scams rely on deception rather than threats or violence. Scams are permitted provided they follow the server rules, involve meaningful roleplay, and comply with all level and monetary restrictions.

    🚫 Prohibited:

    • Players may not scam more than $15,000 from the same player or group within a 24-hour period.
    • Players may not scam more than $50,000 where weapons or drugs are involved.
    • Players may not scam players below Level 7.
    • Players may not conduct scams within Safe Zones, Apartment Towers, or inside private apartments.
    • Players may not use Character Kill (CK) to avoid repaying debts or returning fraudulently obtained property.
    • Players may not create or use alternate characters to facilitate scams or avoid accountability.

    ✅ Clarifications

Players participating in a scam must be Level 7 or above.

Scams must involve meaningful roleplay and should not rely solely on game mechanics.

Players involved in a reported scam must be able to provide clear video evidence, including audio, of the roleplay from beginning to end. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the scam being deemed invalid.

If a scam is successfully completed, the victim may initiate roleplay to recover their losses. This must occur naturally through roleplay, be initiated within 30 minutes of the scam concluding, and is limited to a single follow-up roleplay scenario.

Scams between prisoners are permitted where supported by appropriate roleplay.

    ⚠️ Notes

Scams should create engaging roleplay rather than simply transferring money or items between players.

Where a scam is found to have breached the server rules, Staff may require any fraudulently obtained money or items to be returned to the affected player.

    13.2 KIDNAPPINGS

Kidnapping is defined as forcibly or deceptively restraining another player's freedom of movement against their will, usually for ransom, interrogation, intimidation, or strategic leverage.

Because of the seriousness of this action, kidnapping RP must follow strict requirements to ensure realism and fairness with immersive storytelling.

    📌 General Rules & Expectations

    • A kidnapping must be plausible, well-planned, and justified by prior RP.
    • All kidnappers must be part of an illegal Organization.
    • All parties involved (kidnappers and victims) must be Level 7+.
    • The scene must take place outside of Safe Zones (See Rule 9. Safe Zones)

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Kidnapping players below Level 7.
    • Kidnapping players for the purpose of robbing them is prohibited.
    • Kidnapping without appropriate motive or context (e.g., "You looked at me wrong.")
    • Targeting high-ranking government Officials & legal Organization leaders.
    • Performing PK (See Rule 8.1. Player Kill) on a cooperating or compliant victim. (Requires Staff approval).
    • Chain-kidnappings (e.g., doing 2+ kidnappings quickly after each other).
    • Holding someone for longer than 30 minutes unless the user consents (Consent must be given in /b).

    ✅ Clarifications

In the case of reports, the kidnapper(s) must be able to provide clear video with audio evidence of the roleplay from beginning to end. Without evidence in their defence, the kidnapper(s) will be deemed guilty and sanctioned accordingly.

In the case of high-ranking Government Officials & Legal Organization leaders, the kidnapper(s) must first request and receive permission from Staff. Only if the kidnapping is approved by Staff, may it be conducted.

Staff approval is also necessary to perform a PK on a victim that cooperates.

You cannot just grab someone off the street and say "We're kidnapping you." or "We're robbing you." The roleplay must have logical context and buildup and strategy.

    Example:

    Appropriate

    • Players identify a wealthy target through social RP, follow them discreetly, and grab them outside the city, demanding cash.
    • Players intercept a rival during a turf dispute, and use kidnapping as leverage to rob or interrogate them.

    Inappropriate

    • Approaching a random user with no IC connection or surveillance and instantly kidnapping them.
    • Kidnapping someone in broad daylight, or outside highly trafficked areas or Government buildings or other public areas and Safe Zones (See Rule 9. Safe Zones).
    • Making no attempt to roleplay surveillance, intel gathering, or even a basic excuse for why that person was selected.

    ⚠️ Notes

Kidnappings are expected to create meaningful roleplay for everyone involved. Staff may consider the planning, escalation, location, duration, and overall quality of the roleplay when assessing whether a kidnapping was conducted appropriately.

    13.3 LOANS

A Loan is when one player gives money to another with the agreement that it will be paid back later. While loans are allowed in roleplay, they are considered high-risk and come with specific conditions to protect both lender and borrower.

GTAHub Staff will not intervene unless clear, documented abuse has occurred. Staff will not reimburse failed loans.

    🚫 Prohibited

    • Players may not lend to or borrow from players below Level 8.
    • Players may not impose unrealistic or exploitative repayment terms that are not reasonably achievable through roleplay (e.g. demanding repayment of $100,000 within 24 hours).
    • Players may not create or use alternate characters to give, receive, or avoid repaying loans. - Players may not use a Character Kill (CK) to avoid repaying a legitimate debt.
    • Players may not refuse to roleplay the consequences of an agreed loan.

    ✅ Formal Loan Requirements

Minimum level: Both players involved in the loan must be Level 8+.
Due Diligence: The lender must confirm the borrower owns assets (vehicle, home, business, etc.).
Realistic IC Contract: A written IC agreement must be made, with clear and fair terms (amount of loan, repayment deadline.)
OOC Acknowledgement: Both players must confirm and agree via /b, e.g:

"/b I accept Rule 13.3 on loans at gtahub.gg/rules and accept the risks as a borrower (ban) and lender (loss of funds)"

    ⚠️ Staff Intervention

Where the above requirements have been met and Staff determine that a borrower has deliberately abused the system:

    • Staff may seize assets (vehicles, homes, funds) equivalent to the debt.
    • In severe or repeat cases, the borrower may face a sanction or permanent ban.
    • Lenders will never receive direct refunds. Enforcement exists only to punish clear abuse and discourage malicious behaviour.
    • Any report that does not include evidence of attempts to resolve or contact the debtor IC will be closed.

Staff are not debt collectors and will not guarantee repayment simply because a loan was made. Reports submitted without evidence of the loan agreement and reasonable in-character attempts to resolve the dispute will normally be closed.

    ⚠️ Notes

Loans should create meaningful roleplay rather than function as a risk-free method of transferring money between players.

If you are unwilling to lose the money, you should not lend it.
